All the team treat Mum with respect and kindness, also reliable, I don't need to worry when I am.away as I know someone will look after her . We have the same carers who always turn up on time and they work to Mum's needs .Highly recommended.

Gain Care are a caring lovely set of carers.Nothing is too much trouble for them.They looked after my father before he passed away and dad was very happy in their company. My mum is now using gain care and she looks forward very much to their visits.All members of staff are very caring and respectful to mum.Thank you for looking after mum and we really appreciate all you do to help mum.

Gaincare came to care for my dad in May 2020 they were our second agency, and me having worked in care in the past, I was optimistic especially with the first agency been so bad. How wrong I was... Gaincare have one thing any home I’ve worked in hasn’t. They have a family that works as a team. The love and care they gave my dad was outstanding, they gave him love and respect and kept his dignity until his last breath. The whole team that was involved with my dad became our family not only did they care for my dad they supported me and my family and without them, my dad also may not have had the perfect ending. The staff were superb. They were very reliable, very caring and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very professional in their approach to our mum and worked well with the family and their needs. As a family, we would recommend them to anyone who is in need of good quality care. The manager and staff are lovely and friendly and they treat my Dad with respect at all times. He looks forward to seeing them on their visits - he calls them 'the happy people'. They are very accommodating, with regards to planning visits and do whatever my dad needs and wants. They are very professional and have high standards of care. The manager came round to introduce herself and gather information for their assessments before Dad came home from hospital and it is refreshing to see the manager conduct care and lead the team 'in the field'. Would highly recommend.
