The manager and staff are lovely and friendly and they treat my Dad with respect at all times. He looks forward to seeing them on their visits - he calls them 'the happy people'. They are very accommodating, with regards to planning visits and do whatever my dad needs and wants. They are very professional and have high standards of care. The manager came round to introduce herself and gather information for their assessments before Dad came home from hospital and it is refreshing to see the manager conduct care and lead the team 'in the field'. Would highly recommend.
