All the team treat Mum with respect and kindness, also reliable, I don't need to worry when I am.away as I know someone will look after her . We have the same carers who always turn up on time and they work to Mum's needs .Highly recommended.

The care team came to look after Mum after she was fast-tracked from the hospital. This was a worrying time for the family but after meeting the staff the first time, we knew everything would be okay. The care team came to look after Mum after she was fast-tracked from the hospital. This was a worrying time for the family but after meeting the staff the first time, we knew everything would be okay. Each and every carer was always professional, positive and always happy, which always cheered us up! Mum looked forward to seeing them and having a chat and laugh, she always said that they were all so wonderful.
Throughout the two months of care that Mum received it never faltered, always professional, respectful and compassionate.

Gain Care looked after my dad once he was diagnosed with lung cancer and we realised that we couldn't give him the care needed by ourselves.
From the very beginning all the carers were excellent, not only carrying out what they needed to do for my dad but they helped my dad's partner and I and provided comfort and compassion on every visit. They made my dad laugh and truly were angels.
I and my family are extremely grateful for your service which at the time was the most terrible time in our lives. My dad passed away in May but he was treated with respect and dignity every single time and you made an awful time that little bit better.

Gaincare came to care for my dad in May 2020 they were our second agency, and me having worked in care in the past, I was optimistic especially with the first agency been so bad. How wrong I was... Gaincare have one thing any home I’ve worked in hasn’t. They have a family that works as a team. The love and care they gave my dad was outstanding, they gave him love and respect and kept his dignity until his last breath. The whole team that was involved with my dad became our family not only did they care for my dad they supported me and my family and without them, my dad also may not have had the perfect ending. The manager and staff are lovely and friendly and they treat my Dad with respect at all times. He looks forward to seeing them on their visits - he calls them 'the happy people'. They are very accommodating, with regards to planning visits and do whatever my dad needs and wants. They are very professional and have high standards of care. The manager came round to introduce herself and gather information for their assessments before Dad came home from hospital and it is refreshing to see the manager conduct care and lead the team 'in the field'. Would highly recommend.
