The care provided is consistently of a high standard. The carers are kind, considerate and empathetic. They have an excellent rapport with the client who looks forward to seeing them. They treat the client as if she is one of their relatives and give great attention to her daily progress and requirements
providing encouragement and laughter. Excellent service.

Appreciate the fact that the staff are cheerful and always engage with him. When they accommodate all requests to come at a specific time if we have visitors. Unpredictable i.e. arrival times (up to an hour difference) make it difficult, especially as it needs to coordinate with district nurse visits.
