Epic Care Started my care as a temporary provider but I have requested the council to have them on a permanent basis. I have had consistency in my care and have created a excellent bond with both my carers. The manager has been very supportive and is always available for me, even when i call him over
the weekend. I really recommend this company.

My carer has cared for me morning and evening since the 5th January 2024. She has never had a day off or been late. She is a really genuine, kind, caring, supportive person, who has always given 100%. I'm now moving home out of the area so won't be under Epic service care. It's important to not only
trust the person who will look after you or your loved one but that the level of care is high, constant and reliable. My carer is all of these. Thank you to her for the care, she is a friend for life. Thank you to the Bradford manager who has been a support throughout. Very highly recommended. Five stars.

When we were struggling to get help from social services and/or NHS for my mum, we called Epic Care at 5pm desperate for a carer that night and the following days/weeks. The Manager was kind, and understanding and he and his team pulled it out of the bag, providing really good care from that evening
onwards. My mum had been reluctant to receive care but commented on how lovely her carer was and how she felt respected and comfortable with the personal care she received. The Manager ensured mum had 2 carers on rotation so they built up a rapport quickly, rather than a different one every time. Because my mum's needs changed by the day, both the company and carers were extremely flexible, staying extra time until my mum was ok. Unfortunately, my mum's health declined rapidly and she died on Monday. I'm so grateful in particular for her carer's help, staying extra time on Monday to make sure mum was okay on her last day. I would definitely recommend Epic Care as they took excellent care of my mum.

Friendly staff, attentive to my parent's needs, we switched from another service provider and have never seen my parents so comfortable with a carer from any of the previous companies we've had before. Office communication is amazing and friendly.

Have been using Epic Care since I came out of the hospital, having been diagnosed with heart failure. The team of carers, including the manager, are great. They look after me in my home and deal with my personal care alongside other bits . They have a great sense of humour but are caring, and nothing
(within reason) is too much for them, even if it's me just wanting a chat to having to change me and my bedding due to accidents. I can recommend this company to care for yourselves or a loved one.
