An amazing company that I genuinely cannot fault. The carers truly go above and beyond and take such wonderful care of my friend. They do absolutely everything she needs with kindness, professionalism, and compassion, which gives real peace of mind.

A very poor service. Not once have Epic honoured the agreement sent by email and have been late up to two hours past the agreed time to visit my home and drive me to undertake Shopping at my local Supermarket. I have been discriminated and victimised by these none professionals offering care to vulnerable disabled adults with Neurodivergent conditions. Today the driver was driving carelessly by speaking on a mobile phone putting my Welfare and life at risk without hands free or Bluetooth. Not able to concentrate on the road as on numerous occasions he almost drove into the vehicle in front. Never once did he use his indicators or navigate the road markings etc. I was terrified and alarmed as my concerns for my safety grew. Putting others also at risk of an accident. I felt so confident in reporting this driver to the police upon taking photos of the Carer and his Vehicle. I reported him to Epic but my concerns appeared to fall on deaf ears. Nice will get my experiences.

My carer has cared for me morning and evening since the 5th January 2024. She has never had a day off or been late. She is a really genuine, kind, caring, supportive person, who has always given 100%. I'm now moving home out of the area so won't be under Epic service care. It's important to not only trust the person who will look after you or your loved one but that the level of care is high, constant and reliable. My carer is all of these. Thank you to her for the care, she is a friend for life. Thank you to the Bradford manager who has been a support throughout. Very highly recommended. Five stars.

Friendly staff, attentive to my parent's needs, we switched from another service provider and have never seen my parents so comfortable with a carer from any of the previous companies we've had before. Office communication is amazing and friendly.

Have been using Epic Care since I came out of the hospital, having been diagnosed with heart failure. The team of carers, including the manager, are great. They look after me in my home and deal with my personal care alongside other bits . They have a great sense of humour but are caring, and nothing (within reason) is too much for them, even if it's me just wanting a chat to having to change me and my bedding due to accidents. I can recommend this company to care for yourselves or a loved one.
