I started with this agency around February/March 2016 after having 2 failed agencies. I was at the time bedbound and needed 2 carers 4 times a day. I had lost all confidence and trying to walk was scary, they would come and wash me every day, do whatever I needed doing, and with the help of one in
particular lady, I got my confidence back to walk to the shower room with my zimmer frame and she would follow behind me with a chair in case I needed to sit. No one can ever tell you how good it feels to have a good shower when you have been unable to for months. After a year with this agency, I am down to one carer, once a day. Even though I still need the one I am a lot more self-efficient than I was this time last year. If there has ever been a problem it's been dealt with quickly and in an efficient manner please have complete confidence with dealing with this company they aim to please

My mother-in-law (MIL) was a difficult case for the carers as she had had a number of falls because she was unable to walk easily, could no longer climb the stairs to the bathroom and lavatory and had very little equipment to aid the carers and what she had was of poor quality.
The manager of the team
took a very close interest in the care that MIL received and frequently made an appearance at her home. In addition she contacted me at all hours of the day and night if there was an emergency and we wondered if she ever slept.
The team was very warm towards her and often went beyond the allotted time to ensure that she was comfortable. In addition the manager organised additional visits between the scheduled four visits each day.
On a number of occasions MIL had to be taken into hospital and the carers' schedule was subject to constant interruption but it was taken in their stride.
MIL referred to the ladies as "My girls" so we knew that she was happy in their care.
Well done!!!

I was in the care of this Agency for 10 Months. They went out of their way literally to ensure I was cared for properly. By this I meant they travelled 70 miles out of London to ensure my well being. I would recommend this agency to friends and family.
