E-care have been amazing. They have cared for my Dad for a year or so now. Their communication is exemplary, and their liaison with other sectors we need help from is a great help. They have always been keen to help my sister and i so we do not feel worried about Dad. The carers are so all so lovely and well trained. They genuinely care and over time feel like part of the family. I cannot recommend this company enough.
