My mother has been more or less in a hospital bed these last few years of which we have had several carers. LlyonHealth have been excellent, very easy to communicate different needs and changes that require weekly with an elderly patient. Staff are friendly, understanding and very caring with her daily routine which sometimes isn't easy. The manager has been exceptional and without the team I would not be able to care for my mother.

We worry about vulnerable people without family support, as the standard of care we've experienced feels neglectful and unsafe. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Quality help? Understanding needs? Good people overall, all helped, shopping, even my pet felt comfortable amongst strangers as good carers, talk to you overall which helps being living alone, know their job overall, quality care assistants that go the extra mile.

I'm very happy with the service provider. They are very compassionate about their services toward me, especially the manager. She has been very supportive of my wellbeing. She makes sure my care is given properly. Whenever there is an emergency, she's always on time. I am grateful to the company.

Mum has care 4 times a day with washing, medication and meals. They do a great job for someone who is bedridden with a complex situation. She lives alone now and loves having someone to talk to every day and share their lives as much as her own family. The manager is great and has become a rock to us all.

Llyon Health provide a care service for my autistic son and take him out at the weekend to do activities he enjoys. This gives me a few hours off which I really enjoy. My son has got on really well with the staff and he enjoys going out with them. They are open to doing whatever activities he wants to do and so far have been for walks, cycling, 10-pin bowling and trampolining. I am happy to recommend their service.

My daughter absolutely enjoys going out with her carer I feel very confident she is safe at all times. They are very professional in what they do and I'm very happy with the service they provide, also very reliable.

I have been with Llyon Health Ltd for a number of years. In all this time, I have never had any major issues, and any issues that were raised were met openly and rectified quickly and courteously. During September I needed to contact Llyon Health Ltd, regarding a private health matter. One of the managers was there ready, willing and very able to help me. I was also contacted a few days later to check that I was ok. I have one regular carer, she has been and is such a blessing. She is funny, chatty, and excellent at her job and I would never think of changing her or my care company ever.

I have been very happy with the staff from Llyon Health Care. They are hardworking, kind and courteous at all times. They are prompt and there have only been a few late occasions due to transport problems or difficulties with other clients. Overall I am happy with the quality of the care and consideration given to me.

Having been under four different agencies over the years, I started Llyon Health when I moved to the area and have been very impressed with the service. I have the same carer consistently who is attentive and kind and works with me depending on my health on the day. They also work with me around my work timings which is hugely important to me.

I’ve had carers from Llyon for around a year now and they’ve been outstanding, I have intimate personal care so it’s imperative that I feel comfortable and that I trust them, the carers I have are more like family now, I would thoroughly recommend Llyon to anyone.

Carers come every morning to get my hubby out of bed shower him and dress him. They always make the bed and tidy up, and ask if I need any help. My hubby likes to chat to the male carers about sport. We are really happy with Lloyd Health.

My elderly mother has been having visits from LlyonHealth Carers in Northampton for almost a year now and we very happy with the service that is provided. The carers are patient, understanding and professional. Making contact with the management via text and phone is so easy and my messages are always answered promptly, even during unsocial hours when I was not expecting a reply.
