I'm very happy with the service provider. They are very compassionate about their services toward me, especially the manager. She has been very supportive of my wellbeing. She makes sure my care is given properly. Whenever there is an emergency, she's always on time. I am grateful to the company.

Mum has care 4 times a day with washing, medication and meals. They do a great job for someone who is bedridden with a complex situation. She lives alone now and loves having someone to talk to every day and share their lives as much as her own family. The manager is great and has become a rock to us
all.

I’ve had carers from Llyon for around a year now and they’ve been outstanding, I have intimate personal care so it’s imperative that I feel comfortable and that I trust them, the carers I have are more like family now, I would thoroughly recommend Llyon to anyone.

Carers come every morning to get my hubby out of bed shower him and dress him. They always make the bed and tidy up, and ask if I need any help. My hubby likes to chat to the male carers about sport. We are really happy with Lloyd Health.

My elderly mother has been having visits from LlyonHealth Carers in Northampton for almost a year now and we very happy with the service that is provided. The carers are patient, understanding and professional. Making contact with the management via text and phone is so easy and my messages are always
answered promptly, even during unsocial hours when I was not expecting a reply.

My brother has a long-term chronic neurological disease and needs care around the clock.
Llyon care have provided my brother with excellent care.
Their timekeeping has been good and I can see that their staff are genuinely invested in making sure my brother has the care he needs.
They are attentive
to his comfort level, and professional and caring when performing tasks such as washing, dressing, feeding, giving medication and management of food and fluid intake.
I recommend them highly.

The care and attention my mum received 4 times a day from the Northampton team was absolutely wonderful. It enabled us to fulfil my mum’s wishes of remaining in her home she loved with my dad until the end.
She was cared for with affection, gentleness and the utmost respect from a team she greeted
daily with smiles.
Never a visit missed in all the months.
A special mention to one member of staff, in particular, for always being at the end of the phone and also two other members of staff for being incredibly supportive.

Although the care my wife received from LlyonHealth Northampton, was wonderful in every aspect, l would like to stress the outstanding care she received, in particular, from two of her carers.
Under the guidance of a staff member they showed remarkable patience for my wife which was fantastic.
The
two in particular created an understanding with my wife, gaining her complete trust in them both in the last weeks of her life. If possible l would like my feelings passed on to this team because l, feel at times, their job is very difficult and sometimes thankless.

Mum has been poorly for a long time, but having carers enabled to stay at home where she belonged. Her carers were friendly, caring and built a good relationship with Mum and she relied on their flexible care. Can't thank them enough!

My mother has been a client of LlyonHealth for the last three years. She has two carers four times each day, seven per week. My mother is reliant on her care team to address her care needs, personal hygiene, helping her to bed and getting her up in the morning. I am very happy with the service LlyonHealth
provide, by giving consideration to all of my mother’s needs and delivering holistic care. She has a good rapport with her carers, and they ensure she feels good at each visit. I am happy to recommend Llyonhealth to address all of the client's care needs based on their individual circumstances.
