My husband has only been receiving care from Yorkshire and Humber for a few weeks but I am very impressed. He has dementia and is hoisted from bed to chair. He only speaks odd words and resists being changed. The carers have been brilliant with him and manage him so well. We always have the same team of carers so Chris has got to know them and they always come on time unless they have been delayed by a previous patient. The management and staff are pleasant, organised and cooperative with any request. Every week I have a rota telling me which carers are coming each day. I highly recommend this company. They have been great.

Overall I'm happy with my care. My main complaint is the arrival times of my carers varies wildly and its difficult to arrange other appointments.

I started working with Humber in June and little did I know that this is my World. The girls are good, respectful, supportive and kind people who treat me right. They were quick to learn my routine and now it's swift and easy for us all. They are always on time unless otherwise it is beyond their control. I find pleasure in working with them all up to the Management team.

The support workers who attend to my sister are all so good with her - they look after her personal care, make sure she has basic shopping supplies, think proactively about leisure pursuits and outings Michelle may enjoy. They're also good at communicating updates back to me, which is incredibly useful from a handover and safeguarding perspective. A huge thank you to the team.

Always helpful, and caring to my brother. They are understanding and kind. Very patient. Always professional. Cheerful. Prompt to changes . Well-trained staff. Overall a very good experience. I would certainly recommend them.

I would prefer the nurses came at 6.30 pm instead of 6 oclock if possible.

Overall the service of care has been excellent. Kind caring understanding staff faced with a difficult array of problems from the carers. Patience is key and warmth they have showed this. Many thanks.

Staff really good and helpful - use a book to communicate with each other. Also if they are concerned about the client will phone me. Not had a bill from them since December 2025.

We have been delighted with a professional and caring approach of all individuals associated with arranging the care for my mother. The carers themselves have been attentive, professional and diligent. They arrive on time and are always cheerful. My carers always arrive punctually, even in adverse weather conditions. They are always cheerful, encouraging, supportive, gentle and efficient. I have always found the carers reliable and professional, their good humour is always welcome and my day always starts and ends with a smile. I highly recommend this organisation and their carers.

Excellent carers who make my dad's life tick along nicely. They never complain even when dad is playing up. Dad never moans about them as they work so well together. He is fed, showered, shaved everyday which helps me enormously. If they have any concerns they ring me or a doctor and they sit with dad until they are happy he is ok. It's not just a job they really do care. I can't thank them enough for what they do .

Company is quick to respond to package changes or other requests. Very happy overall.

The carers are friendly, helpful, very caring, considerate in all areas without the carers she couldn't cope to do or walk on her own. Great company highly recommend the service and care given to my mother.

Our experience overall is excellent, we trust the carers & are always in constant communication, mum trusted them and I do too. We are happy & know that anything we need we know that we can approach any of the management & they are always happy to oblige & help. I feel I am listened to, this is important to me and has allowed me to get my life back.

I think that all the girls that visit my mum and look after her care needs are outstandingly good. I'm happy the way mum has improved a lot. Thank you so much.

At times my son can be a bit awkward but the carer can usually deal with it if not they will contact me.

The carers provided support to my mum twice a day and also a half day visit once per week up until the point she had to go into a care home on a permanent basis. Mum has Alzheimer's and needed encouragement and prompting to get up, washed and dressed etc, and more often than not the carers were able to facilitate this with a high degree of professionalism and genuine care. Anyone who has a relative with Alzheimer's knows that this can be very difficult to achieve so this was a really positive result and definitely extended the time mum was able to stay in her home. The carers company management were extremely responsive to all my requests for flexibility and additional support. Highly recommended.

Well trained staff who are kind, considerate and professional. They follow not only the agreed tasks but they also provide something just as important, a smile, some conversation and laughter. Overall the communication is excellent, from the carers themselves, the administration team and the management.
