The communication is excellent with both use of the Birdie App, e mails and calls with the registered manager (Steve ) and responsible individual (Andrew)

Hi Andrea,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the support your mum has received from Relax Care.
It is genuinely appreciated to hear that the care team have made such a positive impact over the past year. Delivering care with kindness, respect, and consistency is exactly what we expect from our staff, so it is reassuring to know this is being reflected in your mum's experience.
Your comments about communication are particularly important. We place a strong focus on keeping families informed and involved, so it is good to hear that the use of the Birdie app, along with regular contact, has supported this.
Thank you.

The staff at Relax Care are very supportive of our needs. When the carers have visited my son, they have cooked the meals he likes and are very friendly and helpful. They are never rushed and always have time for a quick chat before going onto their next call. We would definitely recommend them.

Dear Christine,Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback following your son's support in March.
We are genuinely pleased to hear that you feel our team are supportive and attentive to your son's needs. It is especially encouraging to know that carers are preparing meals he enjoys, taking the time to build friendly relationships, and ensuring visits never feel rushed. Providing care that is person centred, unhurried and built on genuine connection is something we actively promote across our team.
Your recommendation means a great deal to us as a local provider, and your comments will be shared with the care team as recognition of the positive impact they are making.
Thank you again for your kind words and for placing your trust in Relax Care.
