Company is unprofessional; no uniforms, no IDs, no aprons, carers have poor English language skills, no idea of basic hygiene, if you can get regular careers you can train them otherwise your elderly loved ones will not be showering daily, office staff are rude and extremely unhelpful, would not recommend them to anyone.

My mum used this company. She has Alzheimer's.
If you're using this company for someone with Alzheimer's please don't as the carers are not trained in this area, my mum had 4 carers a day and they did not know what to do with someone like my mum.
We constantly had to give instructions. None of them stay their time and try to get the job done quickly, missing things in the process. We installed a camera doorbell and cameras inside.
We were heavily involved with this company, there is one staff member that really does help.

If you're using this company, check all certificates and install cameras.

Overall Experience

Excellent, responsive and caring team. Great customer service. Had a positive experience when Sunlight cared for my mother; someone was always available to talk to. The service was smooth with no issues, and the staff were professional.
