I would firstly like to praise Ruth my Mum Ann's main carer, caring, compassionate, sensitive to mums needs. Ruth goes above and beyond her roll, gold star standard always. I also must highly praise all the other carers who look after mum, they again are all gold star standard. As my mums daughter I would be lost without any of them, it's a massive ask when you have to put your loved ones in someone else's care. I rest easy at night knowing my mum has been highly looked after each and every day. Saying thank you just isn't enough.

A Big thank you to everyone at Grace care. All the carers are very professional, caring and are always reliable and willing to help. They provide a very person-centred approach with empathy and understanding. I have complete peace of mind.

My husband is terminally ill. We are very private people and were not looking forward to having strangers in our home. However, your carers are fantastic and have made what is obviously a very stressful situation a whole lot easier. They are kind, caring and extremely hard working and treat my husband with the utmost respect. I can't fault them and genuinely cannot thank them enough.

I could not have cared for my husband without the help you have given. My carers will do some speech with him and take him for a walk, which takes a bit of stress off of me so thank you.

Your carers are always very helpful and very pleasant. They are always on time and will take me where I want to go. The only very slight problem is one or two of the drivers don't really know the area. However, I do so this is not a problem - it's picky of me to even mention it.
