I have been using Grace 247 for a recent time after leaving the hospital. In that time I have been very well cared for, with all staff being helpful and polite. I have improved my general health with their help.

As my relationship with my carer deepens so my quality of life improves. He works to ensure my flat is safe because my physical disability puts me at a huge risk of falling. I have a broken bone disorder which means I live with very high levels of pain, plus scars on my brain leading to permanent confusion
and pre-dementia. My carer ensures that the control of pain and confusion has greatly reduced, laying the foundations every day for a positive time. He has taken away my depression and desire for suicide.

I have found the care and the staff very good and considerate of my condition and views. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always on time. The staff are very polite and always ask if there is anything else they can do before they leave. Well done!

My husband is terminally ill. We are very private people and were not looking forward to having strangers in our home. However, your carers are fantastic and have made what is obviously a very stressful situation a whole lot easier. They are kind, caring and extremely hard working and treat my husband
with the utmost respect. I can't fault them and genuinely cannot thank them enough.

I could not have cared for my husband without the help you have given. My carers will do some speech with him and take him for a walk, which takes a bit of stress off of me so thank you.

Your carers are always very helpful and very pleasant. They are always on time and will take me where I want to go. The only very slight problem is one or two of the drivers don't really know the area. However, I do so this is not a problem - it's picky of me to even mention it.
