The carer is always prompt and reliable. Should there be a delay she will ring and give an idea of how long she thinks she will be.
We both find her pleasant and helpful.

The whole arrangement of a carer for my mother was extremely organised and prompt.
From the initial contact to the assessment and finally the carer everything was so easy.
