However, since moving my daughter's care to Kope Medics, the staff have been fantastic providing excellent care to the best of their abilities, staffs are friendly yet professional, very caring and always on time. I honestly wish we found Kope Medics earlier as the management listens and swiftly addresses any concern, I feel involved in my daughter's care and I would recommend Kope Medics without any reservations whatsoever.

The staff are very good and come on time and they do their job very well, I'm pleased with my service. The staff are very much aware of the time of giving medication to my child and they have done it very well which I'm happy about. And they always put on their PPE on when they are in my house.
