Overall Experience
Our package with our son's carer has now come to a close and I wanted to write to thank you for placing her with us.
She was the perfect carer for our son and he has thrived with her as his carer. She is kind and caring and her years of experience working with children shine through. As a mother, herself, she understood our son’s needs implicitly and met them with care and attention. She is a quick study and was able to learn all the different aspects of his care from PEG feeding and medication administration to food therapy, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and psychological support. She is a great addition to the KOPE-MEDICS team and I know that any family who goes on to have our son's carer as their carer will be very lucky. We will miss her so much.

Also, thanks to another member of staff for ensuring the right carer for our son and for being such an amazing advocate for the kids in her care.

Overall Experience

We are happy with the service we are receiving. We feel KOPE-MEDICS care about their clients and families. Any concerns and suggestions have been dealt with in a timely and professional way. Care co-ordination from our current coordinator is exemplary.

KOPE MEDICS and carers do their best to accommodate my daughter's needs and have spent wonderful times with my daughter. There is no doubt KOPE have a professional standard in looking after my daughter. Thank you KOPE.

Overall Experience
We moved over to Kope Medics from a problematic agency, we were having a tough time of shifts not being covered along with a management that lacked the ability to listen to our concerns and genuinely empathise.

However, since moving my daughter's care to Kope Medics, the staff have been fantastic providing excellent care to the best of their abilities, staffs are friendly yet professional, very caring and always on time. I honestly wish we found Kope Medics earlier as the management listens and swiftly addresses any concern, I feel involved in my daughter's care and I would recommend Kope Medics without any reservations whatsoever.

The carers are amazing, since coming into my son's life they have really helped support him.
My son looks forward to seeing them and doing activities together and has a good bond going.

We have good communication between us all and we all feel really blessed to have KOPE MEDICS involved in our lives and couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Overall Experience
We are very happy with the service provider!
Care always delivered to the highest standards.
Communication between client and current staff is excellent. Staff is caring, friendly and always helpful to client.
Understanding of client’s needs is very important to us and we feel that the staff is very proactive in realising that.
We couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Things are working very well at the moment.

Overall Experience

The staff are very good and come on time and they do their job very well, I'm pleased with my service. The staff are very much aware of the time of giving medication to my child and they have done it very well which I'm happy about. And they always put on their PPE on when they are in my house. In my home situation, they are in good control. Thank you so much.

Overall Experience

KOPE MEDICS have been wonderful. We moved to them as our other agency was not supporting us. KOPE has introduced us to some great new nurses and our son has been well looked after.

Overall Experience

My son has been receiving KOPE MEDICS service since Jan 2021. I am very pleased with the care provision from the agency. The carers are very diligent, experienced, polite, and respect our family's privacy. I can see a genuine interest and care towards my son and this makes me comfortable and trust the staff. The management is very responsive, always present in CIN meetings or other necessary circumstances.
