The GoldLeaf carers have always been very professional and supportive not just to my dad but to me too. They always give excellent care and are able to recognise when he is not as well as he should be. Being able to access their reports on the app is a great way to be always updated on his current well
being. Any major concerns they may have, will aways result in me being informed personally. Overall, I think the service provided is of the highest standard.

I cannot rate GoldLeaf Homecare Waltham Abbey enough, carers and managers are all amazing. I don't know what I'd do without them! Always there to support my uncle and give him the care he needs nothing is too much trouble. Also a fantastic support to me, keeps me up to date when necessary and explains
everything well. Amazing ladies who I cannot praise enough.

Overall friendly and good, Mum's needs are met, reliable, management are informative. Goldleaf have been caring and continues for a few years, they all love Mum she is content, always smiling and they say she is a pleasure. Overall quite pleased.

Goldleaf supplies a personnel assistant service to my sister and I have found them to be very good. They are flexible and supportive. This helps me support my sister and enables her to access the community.
Goldleaf took over the service and support in April and my sister is enjoying the support and
activities that she does with her personnel assistant.

The client is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and, as such, needs 24-hour live-in care.
Gold Leaf provide live-in care for the client in order to cover when the client's permanent carer is not available.
This arrangement works really well and has been in place for more than a year now. I am very
pleased with the commitment to home care that Gold Leaf provides.

My grandfather has used Goldleaf for a number of years to help him with his basic needs. The majority of the time the service is good, greeting him with a friendly smile and a cup of tea. Clare is particularly good and comes across with genuine care and attention to detail.
Managers are very responsive
and carers are punctual, however lack enthusiasm when it comes to meal prep and often do not fill their dedicated time slots given prices have increased over the years.

The carers are very caring, thoughtful and thorough. We trust their care and support and they often do go above and beyond to ensure Mum's comfort and satisfaction. We are very happy and lucky to have a professional service from a lovely team of carers.
The only suggestion is that it would be good
to have an app to be able to see care call times and other information for peace of mind.

As a family, we are very happy with the service provided to Mum. The new staff always read the care plan before their visit; which means mum's needs are always catered for. Mum says the staff who visit are friendly and are willing to do extra small tasks if rules allow. The office staff are always cheerful

Faultless care of my mum, kind and attentive till her last day with us, enabling me to keep mum's wishes to stay in her own home.
I could not have done it without the fantastic carers and the great communication with myself, the manager and the staff in the office, they would not hesitate to go above
and beyond for myself and Mum, always being there when needed. To hear and see how the carers treated Mum was such a comfort.
I cannot recommend Goldleaf high enough.

Overall the standard of care is good - some of the carers seem to have much more time to carry out their duties - others seem to be in a hurry to move on to the next client.
Mostly the carers themselves are kind and professional.
The management team have been exceptional in the way that they have
supported my aunt beyond what is required - attending to her in person when she has had accidents in the home calling the ambulance service and aiding me by providing a safety net that can be relied upon.

We decided it was time to have some assistance for Mum. Goldleaf Homecare in Welwyn was recommended to us by a friend and I cannot emphasise how amazing the whole team is. From the beginning, the handover was not rushed and everything was explained to us. The care staff really do go above and beyond
and always provide her favourite hot drink at night, it's the little details which make a huge difference.

My experience with Goldleaf Homecare Welwyn has been a pleasure. All the girls that have been in on my day have been tears of laughter with them. It's not nice when any of them quit as then you have to get used to a new person, but for myself, it's been great. Also, it's nice to see the office girls
pitch in when they start, for leavers, sickness and holidays. So good job girls, 5-stars. I have said good for value for money as still waiting for invoices.

I'm very happy with the regular carers I have. The only thing that disappoints me is the call times. The slot times that I have are normally 10:00 am. I find that my calls get later and later. Especially Mondays and Sundays. My calls are at 11:00 am or later. It cuts my day especially if I want to go
out with my husband. I've spoken to all office staff but I'm not heard whatsoever.
