Kind and caring, making sure that Bill is sound of mind, clean (if he wishes), watered and fed. Appreciative of what the carers do and limited time of performing so well.
I am extremely happy with Goldleaf. When I first met with staff I was listened to and my mum's needs were implemented over time mum's needs have changed and I have been able to communicate promptly with staff. They then promptly altered the support to meet my mum's needs. My mum really likes the carers who look after her. Since she has had the GoldLeaf staff she has been happier and her anxiety has lessened. This in turn has helped me. I recently went on holiday and felt ressured that my mum was receiving excellent support. Throughout , there has been excepting communication between myself and the staff. This is the second agency I have used and this has been for superior in the care and support provided.
Overall happy with the care I receive.
I have received good care from the GoldLeaf carers. I am perfectly satisfied.
Gwen really likes all her carers and is happy with the care she receives. They are all friendly and caring and treat her with dignity. As a family, we are happy with the care and communication and appreciate all the hard work they do.
The GoldLeaf carers have always been very professional and supportive not just to my dad but to me too. They always give excellent care and are able to recognise when he is not as well as he should be. Being able to access their reports on the app is a great way to be always updated on his current well being. Any major concerns they may have, will aways result in me being informed personally. Overall, I think the service provided is of the highest standard.
I cannot rate GoldLeaf Homecare Waltham Abbey enough, carers and managers are all amazing. I don't know what I'd do without them! Always there to support my uncle and give him the care he needs nothing is too much trouble. Also a fantastic support to me, keeps me up to date when necessary and explains everything well. Amazing ladies who I cannot praise enough.
Overall friendly and good, Mum's needs are met, reliable, management are informative. Goldleaf have been caring and continues for a few years, they all love Mum she is content, always smiling and they say she is a pleasure. Overall quite pleased.
Managers are very responsive and carers are punctual, however lack enthusiasm when it comes to meal prep and often do not fill their dedicated time slots given prices have increased over the years.
The only suggestion is that it would be good to have an app to be able to see care call times and other information for peace of mind.
As a family, we are very happy with the service provided to Mum. The new staff always read the care plan before their visit; which means mum's needs are always catered for. Mum says the staff who visit are friendly and are willing to do extra small tasks if rules allow. The office staff are always cheerful and helpful.
Goldleaf Home Care has been helpful in providing flexible care to the client concerned. Where possible, continuity of carers has helped the client build up relationships and encourages social interaction.
I could not have done it without the fantastic carers and the great communication with myself, the manager and the staff in the office, they would not hesitate to go above and beyond for myself and Mum, always being there when needed. To hear and see how the carers treated Mum was such a comfort.
I cannot recommend Goldleaf high enough.
Mostly the carers themselves are kind and professional.
The management team have been exceptional in the way that they have supported my aunt beyond what is required - attending to her in person when she has had accidents in the home calling the ambulance service and aiding me by providing a safety net that can be relied upon.
I am happy with my carers, they are all lovely ladies. Would not change any of them. Some go over and above their duties I'm sure. Lucky us!
I'm very happy with the regular carers I have. The only thing that disappoints me is the call times. The slot times that I have are normally 10:00 am. I find that my calls get later and later. Especially Mondays and Sundays. My calls are at 11:00 am or later. It cuts my day especially if I want to go out with my husband. I've spoken to all office staff but I'm not heard whatsoever.
Thank you for your review of GoldLeaf Homecare, we are pleased that you are happy with the care you receive. I'm sorry to read that you are not happy with your call times on certain days, we have discussed this with you in the past and you have been made aware that we have to run a safe and...
I am very happy with my carers. They are kind and patient. They listen to what I say and offers me choices.
GoldLeaf Homecare have exceeded our expectations with caring for my grandmother. She was reluctant to have care but now wouldn't be without the carers that come in to assist her. They have made her feel at ease and have helped her gain her independence back after a fall. The support they offer her is brilliant and the communication from the office is excellent. Everyone at GoldLeaf are friendly and very helpful and you are always able to contact someone if you need to.
The ladies who have come to assist my husband with personal care have always been efficient and respectful to him and our home, and gone about their work in a cheerful manner, often rawring laughter at times. Through doubtful about having carers, we found our concerns were unnecessary. The daily visits have helped to make the day, especially with covid lockdowns. I would not hesitate to use Goldleaf Homecare again and would recommend them to anyone in need of such services.
No one experience can cover the professional attitude and care from all the staff and I would not hesitate to recommend GoldLeaf for all your home care requirements.
