The ladies who have come to assist my husband with personal care have always been efficient and respectful to him and our home, and gone about their work in a cheerful manner, often rawring laughter at times. Through doubtful about having carers, we found our concerns were unnecessary. The daily visits have helped to make the day, especially with covid lockdowns. I would not hesitate to use Goldleaf Homecare again and would recommend them to anyone in need of such services.
No one experience can cover the professional attitude and care from all the staff and I would not hesitate to recommend GoldLeaf for all your home care requirements.
General service has been excellent. I am very pleased with all the carers.
Caring staff, treated with dignity, very trustworthy. Good timekeeping. Respect my wishes. Overall very satisfied.
Goldleaf were able to assist us in our time of need. Friendly careing staff who helped our mother with personal care and were respectful and dignified in all matters. Mum was happy with their visits.
My mother had excellent care from GoldLeaf carers. She was treated with care and dignity, and there was a sense of true friendship and love with certain regular carers, in face they became family.
Would like to thank GoldLeaf Homecare who looked after my mother-in-law. They were very helpful. The carers went over and above our expectations even through some difficult situations with additional tasks placed on them. They befriended her and took time to ensure she was OK. Thank you so very much.
GoldLeaf and all their staff took good care of my dad, until he sadly passed away. They always treated him with dignity and respect and often went above and beyond the call of duty. My family and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future.
A very friendly and efficient care, I loved having GoldLeaf. Very thorough and enjoyable to have in the home.
Very happy with the service. The care staff are very kind and professional.
Good, reliable company. Friendly carers and helpful staff.
I found the agency to be professional and helpful. The manager and care coordinator were always responsive to our needs during a very difficult time. The carers carried out their duties with kindness and patience and my mother-in-law became very fond of one or two of the carers who appreciated her special needs due to failing eyesight and hearing.
A good company, keep up the good work.
I am very impressed with the level of care Goldleaf provided for my wife. They have an excellent team and always keep me informed. We have moved address otherwise, we still would have been with Goldleaf. Very much missed
May 2016; GoldLeaf Homecare Agency have superbly been providing care for my mother. Being very mindful of her dignity as a woman, providing female carers, also kindly provided and a native language speaking carer to make it easier for her to communicate and understand one another as best possible due to her limited knowledge of English, confusion and dementia. So far GoldLeaf Homecare Agency have delivered what promised and more. I would recommend their service to others very willingly.
Despite this being a new local care agency I found it to be my favourite so far as they have made the extra effort to make sure me and my husband are very well looked after. The service they provide is excellent, sympathetic, professional, efficient and reliable. I would recommend it to other carers as they will not be disappointed and will have a very high standard of care for they loved ones. I have to use 3 agencies in total to make up the hours, but this is the best.
Thank you for arranging our anniversary dinner it was outstanding, and so stress free. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who requires quality home care.
