QCM Healthcare are a remarkable agency. When we think about what they have to deal with when caring for our son, we feel very lucky to have them. We simply couldn't cope without them. They don't just view it as a job, they truly care, not just about our son, but they care about the whole family. We
have come to view them all as family. It is our hope that the 'lads', as we call them, will be a part of our son's life for many years to come.
