We have been using In Caring Hands for 9 months now. They are very supportive and helpful in caring for my wife (who has MS) and her personal needs. Always reliable and efficient, yet friendly too. Strongly recommended.

'In Caring Hands' has been caring for first my father and subsequently my mother for the past 18 months or so. In all that time the staff and management have been exemplary, attentive to the ever changing challenges that occur. The hands on staff, are well trained, and on a couple of occaisions have been critical in emergency situations. I am thankful of the support as the earned trust enables me personally to engage with my mother as a son not a carer. I do and will continue to recommend the service offer whenever possible.

Caring Hands have visited my mum for a number of years now. They have always had mums best interest in mind and they provide a caring and reliable service that is both respectful and kind. They are prompt and pro active if I have any concerns about mums health or welfare, and they always get back to me with a response. I have recommended Caring Hands to my friends in the past who have found themselves in a similar position to myself and I would have no hesitation to continue to recommend them now.
