If looking for home care I cannot recommend TCOU enough the staff are amazing they not only see to my daughter's needs they actually do care about her well being. Office staff are always ready to help.

I have had domiciliary care from TCOU for well over a year. The carers come 3 times a week and shower and shave m.. All our carers treat me with the utmost respect the shower room is left clan and tidy afterwards.they arrive punctually. they help me dress which is difficult for me and difficult for

We have been blessed to have been using TCOU for 15 months. TCOU was a breath of fresh air. Dad was reluctant to have carers based on past experience but the manager and one of the nominated carers talked to him and he was immediately won over! TCOU pride themselves on consistency of Carers and punctuality.
I have found this to be the case. All carers are respectful and gentle and go over and above their responsibilities including a recent fall where the carer stayed for 3 hours until Midnight prior to Dad being admitted to hospital. TCOU are also incredibly flexible and will provide additional care quickly in the case of an emergency. We have benefited many times from this which as an only child with no immediate family around and living partly overseas has been critical. I have no hesitation in recommending TCOU. You will find the manager kind, caring and extremely experienced. She will listen and tailor the care to your needs and be prepared to change the care as required.

I am a PA for my client but she also has TCOU work alongside me to fill in the other calls and weekends.
My client is over the moon with the service they provide they are always on time very friendly and caring.

I had the pleasure of speaking to the manager about care for a family member. Although we're not quite ready for care yet she was so friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable that when the time comes she will be my first point of call. She told me about her team and they all sound fantastic it certainly

TCOU have provided a first-class professional, caring and friendly service during the short time I have been using them, and I would very highly recommend them. I recently terminated the service, purely because I have now reached the stage of being able to care for myself.

My mum is being cared for at home, after a 2-month stay in hospital, by TCOU. She has vascular dementia. From meeting the manager to starting with my mother's care package, it was professional with care at centre stage.

My wife and I are in year 11 of our dementia journey and I need more help with her care at home.
We have a morning and evening visit from TCOU which has given my resilience as the default carer a much-needed boost.
My wife is more responsive to their prompts in relation to personal hygiene etc and

we both benefit from the cheery and positive atmosphere generated by the TCOU staff during their visits.
The agency has been very accommodating with the timing of our support visits and all of our needs are met by a rotation of four regular carers.
This is our first experience of care at home and luckily for us, it has surpassed all our expectations.

We are extremely pleased and grateful to the care manager and the team for the care and support they have provided not only for my brother but for the rest of the family, going above and beyond, not only helping at home but also with sorting medication and care, we are kept up to date with any problems

Although initially reluctant to receive any form of help, my auntie quickly warmed to the carers. In fact she soon started to look forward to their visits and enjoyed talking to them. The visits have certainly been worthwhile and beneficial to her physical and mental health. They have encouraged her
to eat more and provided simple meals from what is available in the house. I have been particularly pleased with the way they have updated me when they have identified areas that can be improved to help my auntie, as well as providing general reassuring updates. The care manager offered to have an item I had ordered delivered to her own house as I was worried about it going straight to my aunties house, as I thought the weight of the item may cause her an injury if she tried to take it off the delivery man.

My friend is supported by TCOU at Home and I usually see them every Wednesday when I visit. My friend talks about her carers all the time and thinks the world of them. Whenever I have seen them they have been kind, friendly, caring and respectful. They encourage my friend to be more independent but
are always there to help her when she struggles. I have seen such an improvement in my friend's mood and outlook on life since she’s been supported by the manager and her team. I will recommend them to others!

I am needing to have care at home because I am having weekly intravenous chemotherapy due to me having terminal secondary breast cancer in both my lungs. North Norfolk district council provided the care for me for the first seven weeks. They then referred me to the private home care company TCOU at
Home, which then gave me the opportunity to choose the days and the times of my care. Whilst I am still able to get about in my house using a stick and sometimes a walking frame, I am unable to shower and I find it difficult to dress myself unassisted. I have usually had my breakfast by the time the carers arrive, however they have told me that they will prepare my breakfast for me if needed, they make my bed for me and change my bedding. They always make me a cup of tea and check that I have taken the necessary tablets. The staff are very caring and understanding. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The care that I have been given by TCOU has been excellent at all times.

My friend has been having carers go in for a few months now and when I go to visit him he can't speak highly enough of them. They seem to go above and beyond and whenever I visit, his carers is what he mainly talks about. Before my friend had carers, he could be quiet and depressed but now he is chatty
and smiling when I visit.

Outstanding care given to my friend who is 100 years old.
Nothing is too much trouble, always friendly, always smiling. She hasn't enough praise for the care these people provide for her.

My sister is completely reliant on care following an accident at home. This care service has been a real blessing for my sister and myself, the care given is reliable and the carers go above and beyond to help my sister and make sure she is as comfortable as possible at all times. As I do not live very

I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager, during what was a very stressful and emotional time trying to arrange palliative care for my father-in-law. Understanding, very compassionate and empathetic, they made what was a very difficult situation more manageable for us with their guidance and support,
going above and beyond to find us a care package. I could not recommend this highly enough, and am so very grateful for the kindness and support which was shown to me and my family throughout my dealings with TCUO, five-star service!

I recommended the manager and her team to a friend, who was struggling to find home care for her father-in-law. This company went above and beyond to assist with all the family's needs with their Father-In-Law. I would highly recommend this company to look after any of my elderly family members.
