My husband has received daily care from your Carers. Since last December 2024. They are kind, caring and very efficient. They listen to what my husband wants and needs and support him in gaining some independence by assisting with his exercises from our physio. They have a laugh and motivate him every
morning. He really looks forward to them coming every morning and night. As his wife I have benefited so much from the carers coming in. They are very respectful of our home and family life. We would be lost without them.

The carers are on the whole very good. New staff are sometimes uncertain but that is to be expected and resolves with time. They are mostly punctual and will explain if late what is the reason they are late.
They do whatever is asked of them. There is a core of staff that we have got used to. For the
elderly this familiarity and trust is Important. The ones that come regularly, Ali, Ram, Babar, Karan, Amit, and Nisha are used to our routine and know what is expected. This helps the visits run smoothly.

Warren Homecare (WH) have been supporting mum since March '25, after she came home from a hip replacement. They have been supportive and helpful. Mum can be a challenge at times and does get upset with the carer on the odd occasion, as she feels she can do most things herself when in reality she does
need support. When matters arise, I raise these with the head office and these are dealt with, such as changes of medication, additional assistance. Any problems the carer will call me and we get them resolved. Overall WH enable mum to stay at home, which is what she wants, so very happy to have them support her.

Everyone whom I have interacted with at Warren Homecare has displayed exemplary skills in efficiency and professionalism. Special thanks to Fatema and also all of the carers who visit Mum twice daily and take her shopping once a week. It means the world to know that there are people out there doing
such sterling work for those less fortunate in the community

I used Warren Homecare between October 2022 - August 2025 and was lucky enough to have several different female carers during that time. They were all kind, caring and professional in supporting me for personal as well as social care. They arrived with a smile and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Sadly most of the female carers working in my area have left the company now so I am also moving on. I always got on well with management staff and we communicated well. I am sure to cross paths with staff at Warren Homecare and wish them well for the future.

This company should not be operating in my opinion. The management were rude when I rang to complain. Bad care includes leaving a wet bed, simple breakfast of toast not edible. Washing the client from the feet up using the same flannel! Medication not administered correctly. Medication gone missing.
Rough handling of the client when washing. The key to the house missing from keysafe. The outside porch door was left wide open all night after the last call. The commode left dirty. Two or three of the many of carers very nice but overall definitely not carers for a client on palliative care.

Following a leg injury Warren Care support me daily, enabling me to have a shower daily. It is important that I maintain my independence, each carer delivers my care promoting my independence, dignity and respectful at all times. Nothing is too much trouble, before my call ends I am always asked if
there is anything else they can help me with, on one occasion I was feeling unwell and needed an over the counter medication, which the carer got for me and brought it back to me ensuring I had what I needed, going above and beyond. I have never had an occasion when my care has had to be cancelled by them. I have not had any issues, but if I did I feel confident that I could discuss this with the management, and it would be addressed, the management team work shifts too so a good relationship is formed. I have worked within the care sector, so I suppose I have high standards, Warren Care has exceeded my expectations and are enabling me to carry on living independently, a fantastic care team!

Even one star is too much praise for this company's performance and the lack of care provided.
Carers turn up anytime, not when requested. Most cannot speak English, most just stand in the corner of the room smiling saying nothing
The hygiene of some individuals is poor wearing old plastic gloves
which are filthy and dirty from previous visits, with penned comments on the back of them. Most only stay for 5 minutes then go, at best 10-15 minutes is the maximum stay nowhere close to the 30 minutes we pay for.
Tried to get my Mother to take her time-critical medicine over two hours earlier than should of, only an hour or so since she took the lunchtime prescription, thank god she had the sense to say no.
For example, we phoned to see if they had actually turned up one day and the woman shouted to another man have you been to to see.... He answered yes saw her today and gave her a shower. What the hell ...we do receive or ever asked for this service from them, sums it up, they don't care.

Very poor hygiene, unable to understand some basic requests. Refuse to wear an apron whilst preparing food even though just coming from a very ill patient a couple of doors from me. Whilst their personality is fine their basic training in food preparation seems non-existent.
