My mum and myself always said we would have to do it with teamwork we definitely did, and the joy it gave my mum to be able to stay at home,.cannot thank everybody enough.

My main carer is excellent. He looks for things to help me with and aa a result leasens rhe strain on my wife who is trying to cope with severe rheumatoid arthritis. As a result we regard him as a friend not an employee.

I was impressed by the care and communication of the company. Even when my father could not speak after his stroke, all the carers came in, greeted him by name and chatted with him throughout. They carefully explained everything they were going to do and then did it very considerately.

Carers were always approachable and helpful.

Amazing carers who have given my husband fantastic care since day one my husband was in a critical condition when he came home from hospital but with the help of your people he is so much better they come every morning wash him dress him and get him ready to face the day and the same in the evening get him ready for bed make sure he is comfortable before they leave they are very special people and you are lucky to have them working for you they are respectful at all times and feel like family friends so pleased to have them

All carers were amazing. They were highly professional, efficient, friendly, caring and punctual. On several occasions they went above and beyond in their care of duty, which we were most grateful for. We recommend to the highest degree this care provider and their employees

We cannot thank Holy Spirit enough for the excellent care they provided for our mum in the last week of her life. The staff were so professional, respectful, kind caring and polite. There care not only included our mum by but also my dad, my sister and my self checking to see if we were also eating and drinking and caring for ourselves and each other. The staff treated my mum with with such dignity and kindness, she was getting washed, changed and cared for by them 4 times a day. They also kept us informed if they were running late. absolutely marvelous team of people.

Cannot thank you enough for the care that was given. All the staff gave my Dad fantastic care with so much care and compassion. They gave my Mum and all the family care and support. Thank you so much.

I would just like to say thank you to all the members of the team that looked after Dad and myself during the last few months of his life. Even though he would never admit it, Dad really looked forward to your visits. He enjoyed chatting and joking with you all. You are all kind, caring and professional people. Without you, I could not have cared for Dad by myself at home and for that, I'm eternally grateful to you all.

Everyone who visited us and gave my husband care was efficient, friendly, approachable and competent. It made a great difference to us all as a family, and it was a comfort to my husband knowing that anyone who was allocated to attend, would be caring and compassionate. He still had his dry sense of humour, and it was lovely that he could have some banter with the carers. They took a load of my mind and helped us through the final journey.

Holy Spirit Care have been going to my nan to cook her lunches since April, Nan had got to the point where preparing her lunch every day was getting too much. This was a very big decision for her to have someone come into her house and use her kitchen, but upon meeting the manager and then the lovely carer that comes to her 3 days a week. Nan is over the moon, her carer always greets her with a smile and will have lengthy chats with her, she asks if there is anything else she may need doing whilst she is there and always ensures she is ok before she leaves. Nan really looks forward to seeing her and enjoys her company. We couldn't be happier with this wonderful care team.

Holy Spirit carers started supporting and caring for our mum in April 2024. Having had previous experience with different care companies, we were looking for a company that demonstrated care and could provide more consistency with regard to timings and personnel. The company have been extremely supportive in helping Mum transition from a long hospital stay back to independent living. They have been flexible and accommodated several requests to change plans at short notice. Mum needs personal care and mealtime and medication calls. She also struggles with mental health issues so the carers have had to cope with her sometimes difficult and stubborn moods. The carers also assist her with household chores and escort her to a local shop to get fresh groceries when required, to encourage her to keep some of her independence. They have been patient and shown her great respect and understanding, and they regularly contact the family with any concerns. We have been extremely grateful for their support.

When I began to look for carers for my dad it was a minefield, but I'm so happy to say that I definitely picked the best, my mum and dad look forward to them visiting each day and the care and attention my dad receives is brilliant, always attentive and keen to help in any way they can. I'm happy to recommend Holy Spirit.

Mum requires lots of different aspects of care including giving meds, help with mobility, personal care, mealtime calls etc. We have CCTV in all rooms and can see that Mum is very well looked after, not only with the physical care but mentally too. The carers chat with Mum and make her laugh, they let me know if Mum's needs change. The communication with our family is great and they are so flexible and always do extra if we need more hours. The most important of all is Mum feels happy, cared for and safe. I can't thank Holy Spirit enough for all they do.
