Always willing to help and assist
My brother has short term memory , the company as a whole have always been great meeting his needs every day.

Always on time and spend time chatting to him and making him feel comfortable.

Overall Experience
I called Leadcare on behalf of my sister who lives in a care home. I liaise with the Manager there Ashling who is very accommodating to my sisters care needs. The carers are very professional & sympathetic & caring.

My sister is also very happy with the service provided.

Overall Experience
My mother on discharge from hospice care needed to have live-in care in the community.
It was a daunting process because you're effectively letting strangers into your home to care for your vulnerable loved one.
However the process was, smooth, easy and dealt with professionalism at all levels.
The management team personally overseeing who they can match people to you based on care needs, ensuring we had all the information we needed and even offering to have replacement people come in should the initial person didnt work for any reason.
The level of care from the lady who provided mum care in her final weeks of life was amazing, and she always gave 100% effort no matter the task.
I would highly recommend that if anyone uses this service to write down all personalised care needs as they can match you with the right carer in a hassle free way.
I was blown away by this service and eternally grateful for the care and support they provided my mum when she needed it.

Overall Experience

The live-in care extended to my mother goes beyond help with daily living, into friendships and companionship that ease and enrich her life as she, once very active, tries to cope and come to terms with the infirmities of old age. The understanding and patience of her carers not only help to make her life comfortable but are invaluable in easing the loss of her much-loved husband. The attention to care and well-being has put my sister and I at ease for we both live elsewhere, unable to make frequent visits. Perhaps it was my mother herself who best expressed the quality of her care when she said, 'I'm happy here'.

The staff are very good with my daughter's personal care. She needs staff who will talk to her and make her engage which most do. They are very good when my daughter is unwell, which she has been over the last few months, which has made her depression worse. My daughter would like to know each week who is coming and she would like a say in who's her main carer.

We have had Lead Care for around three years now.
All I can say is how wonderful the carers we have had over this period are
They are caring - polite- friendly- everything!
The office staff is so professional and excellent a marvelous and friendly company.
The previous carer we had was a lovely girl from Romania.
The current carer we have is a lovely girl from India so pleasant I hardly know she’s here! Gets on with caring and makes my partner so happy.

We are so lucky to have had such caring carers and both are a credit to Lead Care.

Overall Experience

The last few weeks have been very good as I am now having the same carer each visit three times daily, so have been very pleased with the care I receive. I'm always informed of the time of next visit and if having days off, who will be my carer for their time. Overall, very happy with my care.

I have been extremely happy with the service that Lead Care provided for my dad a few years ago and now for my mum.
The carers are all very friendly, kind and caring to mum. She has regular carers 3 times a day and they arrive at regular times. They are always cheerful and even find the time to have a little chat with her which she loves.

If I need to call the manager to make any changes or discuss anything, she always deals with anything promptly and is always very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend Lead Care to anyone.

The care for my mother has always been excellent, but support to both myself and my mother over the last six months has been outstanding since she had a fall resulting in a broken hip. This fall has weakened her considerably, she has poor mobility and requires 24-hour care. The carers are very professional, polite and caring towards my mother and she looks forward to seeing them every day.

Lead Care provides a reliable and caring service four times a day. Nothing is too much trouble, and communication between Lead Care and the client and my family is very good. I would not be able to remain in my home without the carers.

I have been cared for by Lead Care for over two years and can only speak very well of them. They come four times a day and are always cheerful which makes you feel good. They are always kind in all they do. I couldn't wish for a better care team.

Overall Experience

We have been very impressed with the care provided by her live-in carer. This has enabled Mum to spend the last few months in her own home surrounded by her home comforts. Since breaking her hip in January, the care she has received has been wonderful.
