SW Domiciliary Care were prompt in responding to my request for care for my father back in January after he had a fall, and have been helping him with personal care ever since. They have been very reliable as well as flexible when necessary. They treat him with dignity, and everyone I have met has been
extremely friendly. They attend to minor problems and I feel confident they will alert me to anything that needs my attention.

The main carer who comes to help mum every morning is so caring and respectful. She has restored our faith in carers after a couple of bad experiences with other companies. Would recommend without hesitation

My dad recently changed to First4homecare after a poor experience with a previous provider and the difference in care is astonishing! All the carers are so kind, caring and professional and dad looks forward to his visits. We know the week before what time the calls will be and the name of the carer
which has been really helpful and reassuring for dad, lots of little extra tasks are done if there's time which has made it possible for me to spend more time with dad on my visits. I cannot recommend them highly enough, the communication from the office has been fantastic from the start and the switchover process was flawless. Thank you to all the staff for their amazing work it is really appreciated by us all.

Mostly have the same carer each day but all the carers have been very good. Very cheerful and positive, nothing too much trouble.
Prompt every day and do all the things we've asked them to do.

Since October 2024 staff from First4Homecare have been really good, on initial contact established Mum's requirements & provided at short notice support for Mum's daily care.
The Team of the core staff get on well with Mum who looks forward to seeing them each day. The ladies are very caring & professional.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The team of carers do a great job and are always very accommodating to Mum's needs. The appointments are always attended as scheduled and never missed. It's enabled mum to carry on living in her own home which is important to her and also a comfort to me and my sister knowing she's being well cared
for. Our dad (who was also a First4Homecare client) passed away in May 2024 and the carers provided further care, understanding and support to us all at the time when greatly needed. If ever asked I would recommend First4Homecare.

We have been a client's neighbour for the past 17 years and through regular visits have got to know the Carers. SW Care has been providing personal care and domestic support for my mother for several years (at the beginning SW Care was part of a different company).
From the start, we were helped to understand how Mum's needs were likely to develop and how SW Care would be able to tailor their support to ensure
she always had the care she needed.
I cannot praise the carers who work with Mum enough. They are very skilled and deeply thoughtful. They always have suggestions when new issues arise and they have expertly managed serious crises including falls, transitions back from hospital after the falls, and the death this year of mum's disabled alcoholic partner.
I have found it really easy to communicate with SW care and my questions are always answered very promptly.

Both my Client and I were very pleased with and appreciative of the care services provided over a period of several years. Care Managers were always ready to discuss any matters arising and carers frequently helped with shopping, collection of prescriptions from GP/ Pharmacy, and other activities which

We could not be more pleased with the care given to my brother-in-law. As we can't be available for him we rely on his excellent carers to cover his every need as they do perfectly. Overseeing medication, cooking meals, shopping, sorting laundry, ensuring incontinence needs are in place, and accompanying
my brother-in-law to appointments and anywhere the need arises. We are updated if anything is needed to ensure Roy's care. Roy himself is really happy with the care he has.

Dad has had a new lease of life since SW Domiciliary came into his life. He tells me every week how happy he is with their help. What a fantastic bunch of carers, I needed someone to look after my dad at short notice and rang the Manager, she went out of her way to help us at a really difficult time, not only that they gave us confidence when talking and meeting the staff that we were in good hands and kept me informed of everything
was happening. I can't recommend them enough.

My sister and I are extremely grateful to First4Homecare for helping our aunt with various household and personal care tasks, as we live over 80 miles away and couldn't make very regular visits. My aunt was very fond of one of the carers in particular and was grateful to have someone to chat with and
assistance with tasks that she was finding increasingly difficult. Sadly my aunt passed away in July, and First4Homecare provided fantastic support on that difficult day.

The care received was second to none, especially from her key worker who went over and beyond to ensure my daughter was comfortable and happy. Always smiling and built a great relationship with my daughter so I knew she was in safe hands and looked forward to her visits. I know she will miss her now
that she is getting stronger and more independent.

For over four years now, First4Homecare has been coming in every morning to assist my mother with her personal care. Always give notice if times need to change, which is helpful, as Mum always makes sure she is ready.
The morning visits take the pressure off me. I am confident she is being well cared
for, for which I am grateful. Excellent service.

The team have been involved with my parents for a number of years now.
This last year they have continued to provide a high standard of care and support under some difficult and ongoing circumstances.
As a family, we rely on them completely to work with us in partnership to support our parents with
kindness, dignity, respect and safety, as their needs change.
They know my parents well and bring conversations and fun too, much-needed social aspects of the care offered.
From the care team to supervising and managing, we receive the full package and appreciate it.
