I needed hoovering and bed changes doing so not to aggravate my sciatica further at home. My older friend couldn't help, and I had no one else to ask. So to find First4Homecare would do cleaning was a God sent, and I don't have to worry about my Sciatica triggers. My lady who visits is honest and very
friendly and we get on very well together. Also useful to know if I ever needed care at home in the future I could have that as well. I can ring 24 hours a day if I ever needed help. They email me and keep in touch. Just what I needed, thank you all so much!

Our first foray into the world of care in the home was a pleasant surprise. The team were very efficient and welcoming. Our home is kept clean and as we like it, despite the problems of disability and care. No doubt we will need more help in future and look forward to a continuing happy relationship.

Excellent,first class service after just nearly 2 weeks as an Client. Very professional,caring,kind Regular Carer,whom feel comfortable,confident,reliable,and hope will continue for some time yet! I'm sure will be the same with future Carers,that have yet to meet!

I was impressed with the Initial Assessment Process with the Registered Care Manager& Care Supervisor,very quick,efficient,and easy to understand process and understanding my Care needs/ requirements. An good,smooth transition from one Care Company to this Care Company. This not always the case in the past. An satisfied Customer! I'm sure this will continue in the months ahead.

Should we require any changes these are always accommodated. The organisation is small so we have quickly built up a good relationship with the whole team. They

I have been using SW Domiciliary Care for a year now; and find them absolutely wonderful; in fact I am so glad found them myself; as my previous two care companies were dreadful. These ladies are all so friendly, kind, professional, and caring. I am a very fussy person, and they put up with me, and

We've been using First4Homecare for my mum for over 5 years. Mum has dementia and needs support for daily activities so she can continue to live at home. The carers will do some housework, prepare a meal, make sure mum has some clean clothes, wash mum's hair , give her a bath and generally make life
more comfortable. The staff are all lovely and my visits to mum often overlap with theirs so I really know how considerate and kind they are to mum. Would unhesitantly recommend. Thank you.

From the initial contact which was recommended by NHS Home first team, everything was easy to arrange.
The assessment for my mother and her needs was taken into consideration and even with a slight change nearer to the start date was approached without any problem.

were outstanding and went above and beyond to help with my mother's needs and she was delighted with the help, care and company received.
I was so happy with the comments from my mother I have already made arrangements to use the company again. Knowing my mother is left in safe hands really does help make life that bit easier.

SW Domiciliary Care were prompt in responding to my request for care for my father back in January after he had a fall, and have been helping him with personal care ever since. They have been very reliable as well as flexible when necessary. They treat him with dignity, and everyone I have met has been
extremely friendly. They attend to minor problems and I feel confident they will alert me to anything that needs my attention.

My dad recently changed to First4homecare after a poor experience with a previous provider and the difference in care is astonishing! All the carers are so kind, caring and professional and dad looks forward to his visits. We know the week before what time the calls will be and the name of the carer
which has been really helpful and reassuring for dad, lots of little extra tasks are done if there's time which has made it possible for me to spend more time with dad on my visits. I cannot recommend them highly enough, the communication from the office has been fantastic from the start and the switchover process was flawless. Thank you to all the staff for their amazing work it is really appreciated by us all.

Since October 2024 staff from First4Homecare have been really good, on initial contact established Mum's requirements & provided at short notice support for Mum's daily care.
The Team of the core staff get on well with Mum who looks forward to seeing them each day. The ladies are very caring & professional.

The team of carers do a great job and are always very accommodating to Mum's needs. The appointments are always attended as scheduled and never missed. It's enabled mum to carry on living in her own home which is important to her and also a comfort to me and my sister knowing she's being well cared
for. Our dad (who was also a First4Homecare client) passed away in May 2024 and the carers provided further care, understanding and support to us all at the time when greatly needed. If ever asked I would recommend First4Homecare.

We have been a client's neighbour for the past 17 years and through regular visits have got to know the Carers.
