The manager and her team have been great for my father. Some great carers; always willing to respond to requests for help. They understand his needs and treat him with respect. Definitely recommend them.

The level of care for my mam is first class. The carers are always prepared to go the extra mile. Their parting words are always "Is there anything else I can do for you?". The carers are always very friendly and Mam loves their company and their smiling faces. They are also very professional in terms
of checking medication, general health and cleanliness.

A change of lifestyle for both of us. With the help of your staff, we have become used to the regular visits. All the carers have treated us more as friends that help us to do things that we now find difficult to do ourselves.

Mam has been cared for by Richardson Home Care for 3 years now. We couldn’t ask for better care. Mam is treated with respect, dignity and as an individual. Contact is easy and any concerns about mam noticed by the carers are immediately brought to our attention and/or mam's GP. Any minor issues we may
have experienced have been listened to and dealt with. She is cared for like she was family. Management is fantastic too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Richardson Home Care.

Richardson Home Care started looking after our 92-year-old Mam in January 2024. From the beginning, I have been very happy with the service provided. Two members of staff met with us to discuss Mam's needs and everything has been delivered as agreed. The carers arrive as scheduled and are very tuned
in to whatever Mam asks for on a given day. One of the aspects of the care provided that I have been most impressed with is the time the carers spend with Mam, chatting and getting to know her. Mam has always enjoyed meeting new people and the carers have been a breath of fresh air for her. If Mam's care needs change, I feel there is an open channel of communication with Richardson Home Care to enable us to make whatever adjustments might be required. I would recommend Richardson Home Care to anyone seeking care for a loved one.

Since the beginning of January we have had much better care and relationship with management. There has been an obvious interaction with me since my family noticed the lack of care my house was receiving. This has been much improved.

I am very happy with the care provided to my mother, the carers usually arrive on time and I am notified if there is going to be any significant delay, which rarely happens. All necessary tasks are completed and my mother is treated with care and respect at all times. The company uses an app which I
have access to which is very useful as it enables me to see when the carers arrive, tasks completed and if there are any problems I need to know about. The management is also excellent and reviews of my mother's care plan are regularly carried out. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an efficient, reliable, trustworthy care provider.

My needs are simple at the moment. Just a fortnightly visit lasting one and a half hours to do laundry and clean the house. During the last 6 months, I have had 4 different cleaners which is not ideal. They arrive at different times which again is not as good as it could be.

Care for me started only four weeks ago but I have found all care workers most helpful, cheerful and only too pleased to carry out my requests. It is early days, but the hours allocated are far too many for my current needs and need an urgent review.

We received excellent care throughout. Everyone who visited us treated my husband and me with respect and carried out their care duties to my husband to the highest standard. I cannot think of any occasion when their care was not of the highest degree possible. We looked forward to them coming and I
have missed them since my husband had to go into a care home full-time.

The service and care have been brilliant all the way as they looked after our parents so well. They really took the time and effort to understand the needs and made sure everything was taken care of. Everybody was so very helpful and friendly, and always on time. Always asked if they could do anything else before they left. Mum-in-law really looked forward to them coming. They were all like friends when we left.

The carers supplied have all been hard working and eager to get on with the tasks in hand. All have had a pleasant disposition and by doing shopping and tasks around my home - laundry , ironing , cleaning , cooking the occasional meal - have helped me cope on my return from hospital.
