Winners' Trophy has continued to show high standards in the 24-hour care of my cousin. I am completely satisfied with the work being carried out by the carers, especially the carer who is his main carer. They keep me informed and updated on anything that arises. I look forward to their continuing

I have been very pleased with the Carers that you provide. They all seem to understand what is required and also appear to be experienced. Initially there was a problem with punctuality but after a verbal complaint the punctuality has greatly improved. I can leave my wife for the three hours and
be relaxed about it which is the reason for using the service. Thank you for your efforts.

All the carers over the last few months have been very good, nice-natured and efficient. Very pleased with the care being given to my husband. Their time keeping is also great, if delayed, they telephone to let us know.

Very pleased so far with the care being provided for my dad. Carers are very good at their job - most of all my dad seems to get on with them and they have the natural skills to manage him. The company is well-managed and responsive to any requests to change care needs. I am also kept up to date with
any issues. Very impressed so far.
