Very unprofessional. On many occasions came one Carer when care plan stated two at all times. The carer would sleep whilst sitting with my mother and on one occasion she was intoxicated with alcohol and slept on my dad's bed. Very rude at times and abrupt.
Would not use again if needed.

Both the management and the staff/carer are extremely friendly and good. They are compassionate about the services they are providing and endeavour to make it effective for the service user. I am very much satisfied with the services provided over the last 30 days. Carers are very happy to help and
