Stay Away!!!! I'm using this agency only because I have no choice at this moment. They are very unorganised, and 90% late for their assigned time; there's no handover from supervisor to the carer, who sometimes has no idea what to do. On numerous occasions, we had to step in to explain what and how to do simple tasks. We also experienced a very unpleasant incident when one of the supervisors relieved herself on the floor in the utility room. Yesterday, for example, the carer was 2 hours late to give mum lunch. So please stay away from them!

Overall Experience

Lovely lads, extremely helpful, friendly boys. They do everything for my father, they help him, he has Parkinson's. They are patient and treat my dad with dignity. They are kind and calm and never rush him. We changed company, and let's say, changed for the better. They deserve a bonus.

Overall Experience
Very unprofessional. On many occasions came one Carer when care plan stated two at all times. The carer would sleep whilst sitting with my mother and on one occasion she was intoxicated with alcohol and slept on my dad's bed. Very rude at times and abrupt.
Would not use again if needed.

Don’t get me wrong, staff were sometimes friendly but maybe this was to steer me from what they were doing.

Overall Experience

Both the management and the staff/carer are extremely friendly and good. They are compassionate about the services they are providing and endeavour to make it effective for the service user. I am very much satisfied with the services provided over the last 30 days. Carers are very happy to help and support without having any judgements and very understanding. It was great to have the management visiting me to have the full details and understanding of the care need. They have been very good at understanding the care need. They do their best to manage the agreed care plan.
