Good Reliable Service with great carers. I have found the carers to be kind and respond to all my sons needs. The company is also flexible to our needs when we need to change the hours around at time - Would recommend Falcon Care.

I am very pleased with the service I receive. The staff are always polite and on time, if they are going to be late they ring me. The office staff are always professional when deals with any questions I may have.

Started using Falcon Care Preston 3 weeks ago as I needed extra help all the girls who have come have been lovely very polite and very good at their job they have been respectful and caring and I couldn't ask for more they are very punctual and you receive the full hour you have paid for. supervisors and office staff have also been very approachable and solve any queries promptly. Highly recommend

All the carers from Falcon Care were very caring and treated my mum with dignity during her 'End of Life' care period. We received weekly rotas so that we knew who would be coming and the company met our 'female carers only' request. They also tried as far as possible to send the same carers so that they got to know us, our mum and her needs, and we got to know them too. This helped us as a family in these difficult circumstances. We would like to thank the carers who cared for our mum so kindly and with compassion, in particular one carer who was with me when my mum passed away.

In all I would highly recommend Falcon-Care. It's at times like this when you're in a stressful position, need help, you need someone to trust to care for your loved one like you do yourself and I am so grateful I can relax and know Mum is in good caring hands.

Would not recommend this company. They have a policy of male and female carers working together when female staff only was requested. Only 3 visits were available a day which meant that the client was left for 16 hours without being turned to a different position to stop bedsores. Carers came in the morning and said that everything was okay no bedsores. Three hours later nurses came, sacrum was broken, disgusting.

Our lives were turned upside down within days with my mum's diagnosis of terminal cancer. A care package was quickly put in place with Falcon-Care and we have been provided with a good service. The carers are caring and compassionate and listened to Mum and her concerns especially when it came to personal care. The night sits allowed us to get the much-needed rest and when there were concerns they were dealt with efficiently.

Under difficult circumstances I sought a care team to deal with my dad due to his ill health and the decline in his wellbeing. Falcon-Care came on-board and from day one have been professional in every aspect of care provided to my dad. They have even helped my disabled mother with some aspects of cleaning around the house.

Good communication regarding my mum's care and with my dad. Taken our views on board and responded promptly to any issues.

Absolutely amazing care support for my mother who is on end-of-life care, all staff members go out their way to make sure my mother is as comfortable as can be, all staff members take care of her every need nightly and make her feel at ease, fantastic support.

We have had night sit-in carers from Falcon Care for my mum, the carers have been excellent and always on time. They go the extra mile and have given us the peace of mind that somebody is with her. The service from the supervisor and the coordinator have been great and I would recommend them to others.

Without their care and compassion, I could do any of these.

I would like to say a huge thank you for the care we received for my father who has recently passed away. Falcon care provided expert support during my father's final week. The Manager and his carers were absolutely amazing and a credit to your company, what a wonderful compassionate lady, who was equally as caring and understanding in such difficult circumstances. I didn't meet the other carers but they did a fantastic job too. Much appreciation.

Timekeeping is often an issue with some of the carers. The key safe has been left open a couple of times and the bedroom hoist hasn't been put on charge.

A huge thank you to all the wonderful carers at Falcon-Care Blackburn who looked after my wife in her last few weeks with great care and compassion. They made sure she was comfortable and also made sure I was ok. I could not have got through this hard time without their support.

From the assessment to the care staff Falcon-Care were amazing. They talked me through everything on the first visit and the carers made my husband feel at ease. They were patient and friendly and became an important part in his daily routine.
