Our request was late minute/ urgent and Alex came and visited myself and my mother within 12 hours and the care started immediately.
Mum liked the carers and they were prompt, friendly and caring. They completed everything requested and were great.

Care To You have been providing my care services for several months now. Initially there were one or two teething problems however once I expressed my concerns a meeting with management was arranged since which time the ongoing service has been excellent. The carers themselves have always been good,
very attentive and all with cheerful dispositions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Care To You.

Happy with the service. My dad isn't the easiest of people there approach and understanding of him is very good.
My dad is a horder and extremely messy which makes housework very difficult but the carers manage around this well and manage to clean and make him tidier once a week, which I'm sure is

disheartening as he makes it messy within a day or so. But I'm extremely grateful it takes a weight off of me as I was doing it all and couldn't cope with this as well as my job and my family life.
The only area where I think the carers are lacking a little is meal times as my dad won't have microwave meals so it makes it difficult to feed my dad. I buy quick things to be heated in the oven but unfortunately, they are not cooked and my dad seems to live on Cornish pasties would love to see an improvement in this but as a whole I think you give my dad a great service

Care To You Healthcare took over my mum's care in June this year.
Everyone is very kind and helpful. The rota is well managed, there is an app so that the family can check on times of vists, which carers will attend and a write up so you are able to see what occurred on each visit. You even get a
Everyone is very kind and helpful. The rota is well managed, there is an app so that the family can check on times of vists, which carers will attend and a write up so you are able to see what occurred on each visit. You even get a
newsletter - which is a nice touch. Whenever we have had a need to call the office, the phone is answered promptly and politely and the staff are so accommodating.
You also get regular calls to ensure you are happy with the service provided.

My family have never before had to use this service but I have to say they are amazing. My daughter has connected with the staff so well. The staff are friendly, patient, and almost feels like they are part of my family. I could not wish for any better. They care for the whole family not just my disabled
daughter. I am very grateful for them.

After a 5 week stay in hospital, I had to get a care plan in place so my mum could come home. I was very impressed straight away by the comprehensive plan put in place to take care of my mums medical and personal needs. She has now has carers in 3 times a day for the last 4 months. I cannot praise the
staff enough for their kindness and attention to detail to make sure my mum is safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend you to anyone who is in need of care for their loved ones. I have been using the care team since April and I have been very happy with the service, the carer's are friendly and helpful to me.
There are a few very good carer's who help me out and go above and beyond to help me out, 4 in particular plus one in the office.

with many things to do with my health problems and sorted out prescription problems and doctors, which l am grateful for.
They all do lots of things for me as I am unable to do everyday things like washing and cleaning plus they help me cook and also prepare meals for me.
If there are any worries about anything they are only a phone call away and will try to fix my problem.
I have no problems with the care that I receive from the team and I am very grateful for what they do.

The best care company I've had the pleasure to have worked with. I have one regular carer who goes well beyond anything I ask of him and to be honest I am proud to call him my friend. The manager is excellent and runs a tight ship as well as being very understanding and helpful. I have dealt with a
lot of care providers over the years and Care To You is by far the best and honestly I'd be lost without them.

Absolutely fantastic.
My 97-year-old mum was independent and strong until about nine months ago. She then started to show her age and needed more and more help. Then following two stints in hospital a package of care was put in place. I cannot speak highly enough of this agency. Every carer was kind,

compassionate, respectful and gave really useful feedback. The office always responded quickly and we felt safe in their hands. Yes, they were late sometimes but that is only because of so many people being discharged into care. Mum has now moved to a nursing home and they supported us all the way. I would really recommend them.

My wife is just 65 years and has Multiple Sclerosis and is unable to perform normal daily functions without assistance. So we put our faith in this company when the manager agreed they could meet our needs and criteria! Despite personal meetings with the supervisor stating evening care visit times,
we felt totally ignored. It was requested that the earliest time for the third and final call of the day was 8 pm (20.00 hours), it was a rare occasion when that happened. That call was any time between 5.30 pm (17.30 hours) and 11.45 pm (23.45 hours). When asked why the answer was always the same parrot fashioned “tell the office, we have been told to call now, look (shows mobile phone), it’s on our rota to call now!”, I think even the staff were embarrassed at the situation. We finally gave a week's notice to the manager which was accepted. We were then amazed when the supervisor called back saying your care will finish tomorrow (Sunday), how unprofessional was that? We parted company.

Poor Quality. Times can vary by three hours and carers never stay for the time they are being paid for. I think the main problem lies with the supervisors and management. I also find that the supervisor talks over one when they are trying to raise a concern.
