The only area where I think the carers are lacking a little is meal times as my dad won't have microwave meals so it makes it difficult to feed my dad. I buy quick things to be heated in the oven but unfortunately, they are not cooked and my dad seems to live on Cornish pasties would love to see an improvement in this but as a whole I think you give my dad a great service

newsletter - which is a nice touch. Whenever we have had a need to call the office, the phone is answered promptly and politely and the staff are so accommodating.
You also get regular calls to ensure you are happy with the service provided.
Mum has 4 visits a day plus we have twice weekly respite visits. All the carers are polite, respectful, caring and professional. A couple of them are absolutely outstanding with their care. The carers that visit regularly have put mum at ease as they really have got to know her. I have no concerns as Mum is being looked after so well. All the staff strive to do their best and provide the best care they can and I really appreciate that.

with many things to do with my health problems and sorted out prescription problems and doctors, which l am grateful for.
They all do lots of things for me as I am unable to do everyday things like washing and cleaning plus they help me cook and also prepare meals for me.
If there are any worries about anything they are only a phone call away and will try to fix my problem.
I have no problems with the care that I receive from the team and I am very grateful for what they do.

compassionate, respectful and gave really useful feedback. The office always responded quickly and we felt safe in their hands. Yes, they were late sometimes but that is only because of so many people being discharged into care. Mum has now moved to a nursing home and they supported us all the way. I would really recommend them.

we felt totally ignored. It was requested that the earliest time for the third and final call of the day was 8 pm (20.00 hours), it was a rare occasion when that happened. That call was any time between 5.30 pm (17.30 hours) and 11.45 pm (23.45 hours). When asked why the answer was always the same parrot fashioned “tell the office, we have been told to call now, look (shows mobile phone), it’s on our rota to call now!”, I think even the staff were embarrassed at the situation. We finally gave a week's notice to the manager which was accepted. We were then amazed when the supervisor called back saying your care will finish tomorrow (Sunday), how unprofessional was that? We parted company.
