Overall very satisfied with the care provided.
On some occasions the timings have been a little problem getting there very late or then too soon after last visit.
One occasion a carer microwaved a prawn barn sandwich which could have made dad poorly, luckily dad noticed it was warm and did not eat
it.
Staff in the main are very friendly and thorough with the washing, cleaning and dressing of dad.

I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional care provided to my mum during her final days. The team showed incredible compassion, respect ensuring she was comfortable. They kept me informed on every decision and offered emotional support to me and the family. I was impressed by their professionalism,
attentions to detail and generally their kindness. They made this difficult time for me a lot easier and I will forever be thankful for it.

The care my mother in law received was amazing, the staff went above and beyond Cant compliment then enough The carers always greeted my mother in law with a cheery hello and ensured she was comfortable at all times.

Really great company that were always available to answer calls and provide the care that my dad needed, when he needed it.


The carers were always friendly and kind to my dad, and were always keen to help with household chores.

All the carers have behaved impeccably and I have been very glad to have them all here, i was three years on my own before this company started providing help and assistance to my wife, allowing me to shop, to do other things, rather than sit with my wife 24/7. Although this has been respite to me,
my wife's personal care has been very much appreciated.

There are three specific carers that are fantastic and they can't be faulted. The five stars is definitely for them. There is unfortunately quite a contrast with some of the other carers who just don't do anything including speaking to the service user.

From the first assessment meeting to present day I can't speak highly enough about this company , especially the care teams that see mum
They are all exemplary and look after her needs to the highest standard , mum looks forward to their visits as she regards them all as friends rather than carers
The
head office staff are very approachable and actually listen to what one is saying which is a refreshing change

All the carers who come to my mum deal with her personal care very well and provide a good service. Occasionally they can be rather quick and need to take a little more time but this doesn't deflect from the care provided. We have had a number of issues with timings and this is still a work in progress.
The carers are all very friendly and respond well to my mum. I am very pleased with the service they provide.

I have left a review previously however, it was never published.
Please consider other companies before using this service. My grandmother was only looked after once by this service as she passed the following morning, I am quite glad that she only had to see them once.
The person who came to assess
needs was rude, inconsiderate and was very condescending with my mother who was NOK to my grandmother. The care staff were very clearly poorly trained and couldn't body map correctly, they were also very loud upon entering my grandmothers address clearly not considering that she was on end of life. My family were quiet and coping with upcoming loss and the staff waltzed in like it was an exciting day out. Further complaints have been raised with correct services.

loved one.
Sadly Mum passed away at the end of February.

From the initial appointment where the care plan was made. We received care and dignity in the four days care was provided before my husband's death. The carers not only cared for the needs of my husband but also took time to encourage me also. Thank you, we were very blessed having Choice Independent
