A very warm and family-oriented service, would definitely recommend. The carer that currently works with my mother is a very pleasant and patient lady, who is more than helpful in terms of prepping food and attending church services with her. Highly recommended service providers. Amazing management
team.

Virtually all support staff supplied have been kind and eager to learn. Some have taken longer than others, but I feel they have all 'got my back' and have been keen to perform immediate care duties to a high standard eg. washing and dressing.
Furthermore, domestic duties eg food prep, cleaning and
clothes washing, have been performed with aplomb, even the boys! Finally, the office staff have been very friendly and helpful at all times, including the boss!

The quality and professionalism of their carers has been consistently very good.

Nissi Care Agency has been the sole agency caring for my mother for 3.5 years.
The biggest ailment my mom had was dementia along with being bed-bound.
There are a few pros that stood out for me - one being the consistency of carers which was great for her mentally.
Patience - I found her carers
were very patient not just with my mom but also with myself as I was the main communicator who had to make decisions on her behalf. There were many occasions when Mom displayed difficult behaviour but they understood her without being prejudiced.
Communication - staff being able to listen to concerns and also being able to try new suggestions.
Being proactive - due to her having same consistent staff they were able to pick up signs of deterioration quickly and acted accordingly.
Would highly recommend Nissi Care Agency.

This care agency provides an extremely high standard of care. The carers are professional, experienced, supportive, friendly and proactive. I would highly recommend this care agency. The care coordinators and management team are very helpful and responsive.

We found it difficult initially, and so did our father, to allow any help. After the initial settling we found this supportive and helpful, allowing us to have quality time with our Dad without being carers. We found the individual carers, compassionate, caring, and at the same time allowing space and
welcome us to spend time with our Father. Carers showed respect and dignity. On occasion when multiple carers were present, there were times when they would discuss amongst themselves and not explain what was happening - this was only an initial issue.
