Initial visits quite good with arranged start date last year but fell off. Window cleaning a disgrace, had to be redone. Now have a new cleaner, much better and feel more relaxed with visits.

The carers are friendly, well trained and provide an excellent service. They are proactive when needed and good company. The office staff are very responsive and provide an efficient service to us and our son.

3 weeks into the care package and so far everything has gone very smooth. Great communication from the managers, the carers providing personal care for my mum have been really kind and caring. The timings for mum have been perfect and more or less at the exact times.We are going to increase the package
in the future
and and hope it all continues to run smoothly. I'm a nurse and have high standards so this company is definitely meeting the brief.

We have found all the carers extremely professional and helpful. We don't have any complaints about the carers or the staff. We have found them extremely efficient in everything they do.

I am a service user. I am very pleased with the girl who cleans for me. She is polite and friendly. When I telephone Smithridge I am answered quickly and respectfully.

Satisfied with the service provided. Care is basic at the moment so not a lot to assess but so far completely happy with the service provided at this point.
If the care demands increase then I am confident that the quality of care provided will remain at the same level.

Very responsive to care requirements. Quick to respond to emails and calls. Carers work under difficult constraints timewise but 99% of time arrive on time. They are always very cheerful and respectful of my husband who has alzheimers. Would recommend this company.

Excellent communication with Manager and Supervisors who have assisted in putting in place the correct care. They have responded immediately to requests and have been flexible as my sister's care needs have evolved. The carers are attentive, professional and reliable and have already formed good relationships

The carers are superb. My husband is wheelchair bound and they arrive every morning with cheerful greetings and give total care with kindness, gentleness and respect as they get him ready for the day. They are obviously well trained as they're very knowledgeable with all aspects of their work. Bottom
line is, we couldn't manage without them and are just so glad we are with this company.
