My husband has M.S.A and has been very poorly for some time. He have never had any help until he came out of hospital after sepsis. After the NHS nurses, we had D.M.C they have been such a help to my husband and myself. He is much improved since they have been coming. We are so grateful that there are
such good carers to help when needed. Thank you.

It is difficult to put into words just how splendid your DMC carers are. I have nothing but praise for every one who has attended me. My wife and I are both in our 90's and we look forward to every visit. They brighten our days with their lovely smiles and caring ways.

The care I receive from dmc is outstanding everything about them is amazing from time keeping to the way they give their service I can not fault them they are always in a good mood and never rushed even when they are having a busy day when they are at your home your their priority keep up the amazing
work


The only issue I do have is with having memory issues is constantly having different people I believe patients having the same carers most of the time which benefit them instead of constant change that way we get use to the people coming in and they get use to us. For me personally is stresses me out not knowing who I have coming in

The most excellent Carers we have ever had. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile. Nothing is rushed and you are treated as an individual person. The whole care package is tailored made to your wants and needs.
They will definitely look after me when the time comes.

This is a fantastic care agency. The management and office staff are very kind and professional. The carer that was assigned to us was exceptional and he had over twenty years of experience. He was very kind and considerate and quickly built up a trusting relationship with my dad as well as the whole
family. Nothing was too much trouble and he was willing to stay a bit longer if needed. He very quickly felt like a member of our family. He also went the extra mile by being there with Dad when he was taken into a nursing home and visited him on the first few days to ensure a good handover with the home and to help settle Dad in. I would definitely recommend DMC to anyone.

My 19-year-old daughter has now been in supported living for two years now. She has Rett Syndrome and autism and is nonverbal. The accommodation is always clean and tidy and is like a home-from-home. My daughter requires 1:1 supervision. She's in her last year at school, and the school remark how clean
and presentable she is. They make sure all her personal care is taken care of. I am very happy with the carer who treats my daughter like her own. I can tell when I visit my daughter that she is well looked after. I am very pleased that my daughter is in a good place with caring people in a safe environment.

What a great team, friendly, relaxing, doing all that needs doing with great care and support. We had carers before my dad and never could get on with it. I have found that my husband has and is getting the best ever care. I cannot fault them, some have even come to see him on their day off if they have been concerned about him. I would recommend DMC to anyone. I think and know they go above and beyond their duties. I'm very impressed.
