Hi, I'm Diana- the proud owner of DMC Consulting Services ltd. I opened my company in 2015 with the vision of providing the right service service and tools to empower individuals with disabilities and complex backgrounds to develop their skills and independence both in their own home and within the wider community.

I am responsible for ensuring the service is compliant in relation to the fundamental standards. I have over 30 years experience in children and adult social care; I am passionate about social inclusion and have worked throughout my career to promote empowerment and choice.

I have almost a decade of experience in;

• General hospitals
• Mental health hospitals (for people who have mental illnesses)
• Nursing care homes- Private care homes for persons with learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disease, bipolar disorder, epilepsy, etc.
• Residential care homes- Dementia, Adult Social Care
• Adult and Young Person Social Care in the Domiciliary
• Supported Living- sex offenders and troubled youth

Hello, my name is Kemi, I have worked within DMC for a year as a support worker, where I provide emotional and physical support to service users. I have grown up in a household of carers which has taught me the importance of providing aid to those who need it, because of this it has enabled me to complete the Level 3 Health and Social care certificate. I thoroughly enjoy making a difference to individuals’ day to day lives, positively promoting their independence as well as maintaining their dignity.

Hi, My name is Pat and I have been working at DMC soon after the service opened. It has been one of the most rewarding roles I have ever fulfilled. Helping people adapt to life’s challenges and giving people the opportunity to develop life skills and access support as part of the local community and living the lives they choose is definitely the job for me.

I have over 25 years of experience in mental health, learning disability and dementia both in my professional and personal life and this has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy leading our team as we all work really well together. I ensure everyone is heard and everyone is equal and it works amazingly in providing the best service we can with the people we support.

Hello, my name is Damilola (You can call me Dami). 

I started working in the health and social care industry in 2020, and I currently work in DMC as a care manager which is a really interesting role, as it involves working closely with staff and clients to ensure the care given is person-centered.
This helps me see from both sides and give effective feedback.  I have a master’s degree in clinical nutrition, and I took an interest in health and social care after working part-time in an agency which has led to me being enrolled in a Level 5 Diploma in health and social care so that I can be equipped with adequate knowledge to back the wealth of experience that I am gaining at DMC consulting ltd. 

I like being involved in helping people achieve a great
quality of life.

I am an experienced, self-driven, and motivated team leader. I enjoy creating a healthy and motivating working environment and atmosphere. I have a sense of ownership and pride in the team and my performance and its impact on the company's success.

I find working in the health and care sector very rewarding - making the people we support feel truly valued. Hello, my name is Caroline. I have worked in the social care setting for about 16 years. I have worked in various settings such as schools around Essex, supported living, mental health, and hospitals, and have experience supporting individuals with drug and alcohol abuse issues. 

I joined DMC in November 2021. I enjoy making a difference in individuals' lives day to day by positively promoting their independence as well as maintaining their
dignity.
