I am writing this review on Holistic Care after the support and care given to my father over the past 2 years .
After having previously used other care companies Erick and the team have been truly outstanding , my father had complex needs and the knowledge and care provided has been first class , they

have turned up for every care visit on time with cheery and a caring nature - even Christmas day. The medical support and knowledge helped keep my father at home where he wanted to be . They helped with all the medications, doctor visits and hospital appointments as well as liaising with adult social care when needed.
I have no hesitation in recommending Holistic Care and want to thank them again for all the care and support they have given.

The team from Holistic Healthcare looked after my father for a long period of time under the Continuing Healthcare system.
The care provided was first class. Not just keeping pads changed, but a diligent approach to skincare which avoided pressure sores. Bhagawan and his colleagues were amazing. Always

Holistic Healthcare Leeds, have been providing one to one support, for my son, while he attends his day care placement. 4 days a week.
He has complex physical and learning disabilities.

There have been two different carers in that time, the first one for a short time, then the current one for most of the year.
I have met them personally.
Holiday cover was provided by a further person for a week.
They have all been very good, providing a great service.
I would recommend them, if your in their local area.
I can't rank value for money, as the cost is paid direct, so I don't know what it is.

My late husband received exemplary service from your carers. Always the same carers on time every time.
It was especially good for my husband to have a male carer and I handed over the medication to the female carer as she is a registered nurse.

could no longer feed himself for which I was very grateful.
I was particularly pleased that the carers engaged with my husband and only communicated with each other when necessary.
This was 5 star service which enriched my husbands final weeks.

I am extremely happy with the care service I am receiving from this service. I have recently started to to get support for my daughter and so far the service I am receiving is to my expectation and very high standard. The management is very professional, they did full assessment to my expectations and
was able to meet my requirements to provide the care required for my daughter. I am very happy with the carer and the service that receive and will definitely recommend to my friends and family if they require care support.

My husband has now been cared for by The Holistic Health Care Team for the past 4 months. He has been treated with care and respect at all times. All of the carers are very pleasant people and easy to get on with, always willing to do any job asked of them, and very good timekeepers. Thank you all.

Generally, 99% on time, very methodical and carers work well together and keep one informed of any change, any wounds being regularly treated, always state what they are going to do i.e. cream cold, wash back etc. Ask anything else they can do before leaving.

My mother and father have 3 visits a day between them from Holistic Healthcare. I have always found them to be very professional, respectful and kind to the care given to my parents. I live some distance from them and I'm always able to keep in touch with what is going on via the app and receive frequent
messages and phone calls if there are any issues. I would recommend whole-heartedly this care company to anyone.

My mother has three visits a day by the Holistic Care team all week. They come at the time we needed, which is a big bonus, always on time and very respectful and of your private home too.

This is a company I would happily recommend to anyone, very caring and always happy to help in any way possible. Every member of the care team and management are a delight to deal with, and the staff are very friendly and happy to help me not only on a daily basis but also with things to do in the house.

I am 90 an visited 3 times a week to check progress of heart op aftermath and, if any, aging problems. Conclusions on the care provided are indicated in the ratings below. Thoughts concerning my progress indicate that the type and duration of visits may have to change as the aging process advances.
I would not hesitate to further involve the company in any necessary deviation from current arrangements
