The carers are not only friendly and polite, they always take the time to talk to my father, who has dementia, and explain what they are doing. They give him the very best care with dignity and respect. Their training and experience mean they notice any changes while they bathe him and promptly bring anything of concern to my mother's or my attention.

Their kindness and the quality of care they provide give my mother a much-needed break from the 24/7 care she provides for him.

Holistic carers have been looking after me superbly for over a year. I live with a slowly progressive motor neuron disease which is very painful and disabling. At the moment Holistic carers come twice a day to help me do all the things I can no longer do for myself, such as shaving, oral care, showering, skin care including changing a dressing over an old and painful scar and helping me use a non-invasive ventilator. All of the lovely people who come from Holistic are kind, compassionate, skilled, well trained and speak English as well as I do. The caring that they do is motivated by people's needs, and there is no finer calling. They are interested in the advocacy work I do in helping others living with MND in which my background as a biologist and educator has value. My Holistic carers also love the digital artwork I make now I can't hold a brush, and their joy as they watch my works develop has inspired my current project, over a hundred paintings which are "For My Carers".

We were referred to Holistic by Continuing Health Care. We had been hesitant about Carers coming into our home but our first meeting with Diana allayed all of our concerns. Since then we have met several of Holistic's ladies and they have all been lovely, friendly and very professional in what they do. My husband really enjoys his time with them and they listen to what he has to say and ask questions if there is anything they want to know. We would recommend them. His medical condition is quite unusual but they always listen very carefully when he talks about any changes and are also good at making suggestions to improve things for him. They also flag up any concerns they might have about his condition. Having access to the rota so that we know who is coming is helpful for him because he can get anxious. Thank you everyone.

They have always been extremely caring and very approachable. I've enjoyed when they come. We always have lots of things we can talk about. I wouldn't fault them in anyway. I would recommend Holistic Healthcare to all my friends.

The care provided was first class. Not just keeping pads changed, but a diligent approach to skincare which avoided pressure sores. Bhagawan and his colleagues were amazing. Always on time, always smiling, always cheerful with my father. My mother absolutely loved having them in her house.

I am extremely happy with the care service I am receiving from this service. I have recently started to to get support for my daughter and so far the service I am receiving is to my expectation and very high standard. The management is very professional, they did full assessment to my expectations and was able to meet my requirements to provide the care required for my daughter. My husband has now been cared for by The Holistic Health Care Team for the past 4 months. He has been treated with care and respect at all times. Generally, 99% on time, very methodical and carers work well together and keep one informed of any change, any wounds being regularly treated, always state what they are going to do i.e. cream cold, wash back etc. Ask anything else they can do before leaving.

My mother and father have 3 visits a day between them from Holistic Healthcare. I have always found them to be very professional, respectful and kind to the care given to my parents. I live some distance from them and I'm always able to keep in touch with what is going on via the app and receive frequent messages and phone calls if there are any issues. I have power of attorney over the client, and this home care provider keeps me informed of the client's needs/concerns and any incidents that may occur. Very professional and most polite. Extremely satisfied with the care provided, as is the client.

I am 90 an visited 3 times a week to check progress of heart op aftermath and, if any, aging problems. Conclusions on the care provided are indicated in the ratings below. Thoughts concerning my progress indicate that the type and duration of visits may have to change as the aging process advances. I would not hesitate to further involve the company in any necessary deviation from current arrangements
