I am writing this review on Holistic Care after the support and care given to my father over the past 2 years .
After having previously used other care companies Erick and the team have been truly outstanding , my father had complex needs and the knowledge and care provided has been first class , they have turned up for every care visit on time with cheery and a caring nature - even Christmas day. The medical support and knowledge helped keep my father at home where he wanted to be . They helped with all the medications, doctor visits and hospital appointments as well as liaising with adult social care when needed.

I have no hesitation in recommending Holistic Care and want to thank them again for all the care and support they have given.

We have had the pleasure of Holistic Healthcare Lincoln Ltd supporting my elderly aunt for just over 4 months now and we couldn't be happier with the service we have received.
The staff show nothing but respect and courtesy to both my aunt and myself. We have a wonderful relationship with Holistic Healthcare Lincoln and my aunt now classes them as her friends. It is a pleasure having them in our home.
I am so impressed with Holistic Healthcare Linsoln's 'can do' work ethic and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so lovely and there is genuine empathy and respect from all the staff.
There is a strong, well-organised management team, who are highly responsive with communications, which I find a breath of fresh air.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Holistic Healthcare Lincoln Ltd to anyone looking for the very best care and support for their loved ones.

Overall Experience

My husband has now been cared for by The Holistic Health Care Team for the past 4 months. He has been treated with care and respect at all times. All of the carers are very pleasant people and easy to get on with, always willing to do any job asked of them, and very good timekeepers. Thank you all.

Generally, 99% on time, very methodical and carers work well together and keep one informed of any change, any wounds being regularly treated, always state what they are going to do i.e. cream cold, wash back etc. Ask anything else they can do before leaving.

My mother and father have 3 visits a day between them from Holistic Healthcare. I have always found them to be very professional, respectful and kind to the care given to my parents. I live some distance from them and I'm always able to keep in touch with what is going on via the app and receive frequent messages and phone calls if there are any issues. I would recommend whole-heartedly this care company to anyone.

My mother has three visits a day by the Holistic Care team all week. They come at the time we needed, which is a big bonus, always on time and very respectful and of your private home too.
Very pleasant carers and interact lovely and are respectful with my mother and myself too. They fill a report folder in at the end of each visit dating it so you can look back at it for any information.

I would recommend having these carers.

I have power of attorney over the client, and this home care provider keeps me informed of the client's needs/concerns and any incidents that may occur. Very professional and most polite. Extremely satisfied with the care provided, as is the client.

This is a company I would happily recommend to anyone, very caring and always happy to help in any way possible. Every member of the care team and management are a delight to deal with, and the staff are very friendly and happy to help me not only on a daily basis but also with things to do in the house.

I am 90 an visited 3 times a week to check progress of heart op aftermath and, if any, aging problems. Conclusions on the care provided are indicated in the ratings below. Thoughts concerning my progress indicate that the type and duration of visits may have to change as the aging process advances. I would not hesitate to further involve the company in any necessary deviation from current arrangements
