I cannot complain about my treatment from any of the carers that have been to me. I have always been treated well and with great dignity, they have always done what I have asked of them.

My mum’s carers are always kind and thoughtful; they have to be patient with her. Mum has a lot of challenges, and care is always given in her best interest; if ever there is an issue, I call the office, and the matter is dealt with.
The app is extremely helpful to me too, as I can always see how things
are if there is any time I don’t go.
I have recommended Lincolnshire Quality Care Services to several of my friends whose parents needed care.
There is a big difference between carers and people who care. I speak from experience when I say Mum is lucky to have the latter.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the amazing carers and company who give their all. They are caring and will go out of their way to support us. The office staff are lovely too and always contact if there is an issue. Fantastic company, we are so glad we are with them.
