when it comes to my care they treat me with dignity which means a lot to me and I really have to praise the male carers, they do not make me feel uncomfortable and they also treat me with dignity and respect. What really impressed me was I had to turn a carer away because I was being sick which I have a phobia of and nobody has to be with me. The carer made sure I was OK before he left and literally within minutes my phone rang and it was East Midlands on call carer, the carer who had been to see me had Phoned to let her know I was not well and she was phoning to make sure I was OK and if I needed them all I had to do was call. I have never felt so safe knowing they were there for me, what a brilliant company.

I can't thank them enough after having a previous care company that was only interested in meeting targets and had no interest in the care and job satisfaction of their carers and didn't seem interested in meeting the needs and requirements of their service users.
