We've been using EMCAS for live-in respite care cover for my mum, who has dementia, for a few months now and honestly, they've been a real lifeline providing exceptional care with compassion and professionalism.
We've had a few different carers look after mum, and every one of them has been caring, patient, and really attentive. It's always been important to us that mum is treated with dignity, especially as she deals with such a tough illness, and EMCAS has absolutely delivered on that. Knowing she's safe and comfortable in her own home gives us peace of mind.
I can't thank the team enough. It's not just the wonderful carers - the office staff, the people who manage the bookings, the team leaders, the support team who step in for breaks or emergencies (though thankfully we haven't needed them yet) have all been fantastic. Everyone's been quick to help and nothing's been too much trouble. We would recommend EMCAS services 100%!

My wife has been disabled for four years because her legs no longer bear her weight; I am her primary carer. Because of an ongoing condition, my wife has to go to hospital for treatment from time to time. By using other services we have had awful experiences; by using EMCAS patient transport the experiences have been excellent. Vehicles and the accompanying carers arrive punctually, and accompany us to the appointments with the greatest care. The vehicles are comfortable, and the quality of the care the EMCAS staff provide is caring, professional, friendly. This high standard of care puts my wife at ease so that she is not stressed by the experience. That is worth 'gold' in our opinion.

Whilst I sometimes struggle with communication from the office (if calls have been changed etc), I can say the carers have been life saving and life changing. The care l received is good, the carers are polite and gentle towards me, there manners are polite and can't do enough to keep me clean and dry when they have washed or showered me. Mum has been struggling lately and ended up in hospital with an infection and in pain from a fall, leaving her weak and struggling to get out of bed. She had not been eating or drinking. She had also been having incontinence issues in the night and whilst in bed. The East Midlands Care Agency Services team have been so caring and kind and understanding whilst respecting Mum's modesty and privacy needs especially at this recent time. She loves her carers and trusts them completely. EMCAS have been a godsend for her and me, who is far away. Knowing that EMCAS can care for Mum is a huge relief. I am so grateful for them and cannot praise their staff and service highly enough.

An amazing care company who really seems to care about their end users and all their staff both in the office and the carers themselves. I can't thank East Midlands Care Agency Services staff for doing their damndest to our meet mum's requirements. The carers help mum with all sorts that she cannot manage anymore, it is so much reassurance to me that I know someone is going in each day to help, all the carers are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Please convey to everyone at East Midlands Care Agency Services our heartfelt thanks for all the love and excellent care given to mom from the start of her journey with you from early 2023 up until the last few months of her life. The support to us as a family was always gratefully received and took a lot of the worry off our shoulders. I was extremely reluctant to use a care agency to enable mum to remain living in her own home and continue to be as independent as possible, but we got to a point where we could not continue to care for mum ourselves. All aspects of the service have been exceptional, from the assessment process to the excellent care and support that the team provide for mum. All the care staff are kind, respectful and patient with mum, ensuring that all of her needs are met. Mum has said on a number of occasions how much she loves the ladies that visit her. The additional and prompt support of the management team when mum has been unwell has been amazing and so reassuring that they are just at the end of the phone. EMCAS was founded in March 2022 by Michael, following a career in the ambulance service. Through his frontline experience, Michael recognised an opportunity to deliver care in a stronger, more person-centred way. Since then, EMCAS has continued to grow, expanding across the East Midlands and beyond while remaining committed to high-quality, compassionate care.
With hands-on experience in care and specialist training in safeguarding and first aid, our Registered Manager is passionate about supporting both clients and carers. Her leadership helps maintain a safe, compassionate and professional care service.
Our Care Coordinator, Natasha, brings a wealth of experience to the team, having worked within LQCS since 2021 before joining EMCAS Group following the acquisition of LQCS in 2025. She holds a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, a Level 3 Safeguarding qualification and is also a Train the Trainer in Moving and Handling. Natasha plays a key role in supporting carers, coordinating care effectively, and ensuring safe, high-quality care is delivered consistently.
Danielle is the dedicated Office Care Manager at EMCAS Group, bringing a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the team. She holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Health-Related Studies, an A-Level in Health and Social Care, and qualifications in Leadership and Management, combining academic excellence with practical expertise.
A trained “Train the Trainer” professional and FREC 3 certified, Danielle is committed to supporting the growth and development of her colleagues. While she expertly manages the office, she also goes above and beyond to assist every team member across all roles, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care throughout the organisation.
Joining EMCAS Group in 2023, Jemila brings a strong background in care and administration, ensuring that every enquiry is handled efficiently and that individuals receive the care best suited to their needs. She holds qualifications in Business Administration (NVQ), Health and Social Care Level 3, Safeguarding Level 3, FREC, Dementia Awareness, and Care Planning, combining practical expertise with a deep understanding of person-centred care.

Eddie is a highly skilled Team Leader at EMCAS Group, bringing a wealth of experience and an impressive range of qualifications to support both clients and colleagues. Fluent in eight languages, he is able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, ensuring care is delivered inclusively and with understanding.
