EMCAS is run and managed by qualified and experienced Ambulance Service personnel who are still actively working for Ambulance Service providers today. They have seen the ups and the downs of community homecare and they pride themselves on having that inside knowledge that enables them to provide that extra special touch, the person-centred approach and the understanding of how the wider health service works.

Due to the clinical grades of the management team, EMCAS is able to send out an Ambulance Paramedic, Technician or Emergency Care Assistant if you or a loved one requires emergency assistance. By no means do they substitute an ambulance in the emergency setting, but they are able to offer basic clinical observations and triage. EMCAS can directly discuss with, or refer you to the most appropriate health care professional meaning you are far less likely to be waiting for extended periods of time to get the treatment you need.

They provide high-quality care in the homes and community of their service users, meaning that independence is maintained and the need to go into a care home is greatly reduced. They ensure everyone has a say on how their care is delivered by taking time to correctly assess and listen to every aspect of any care they provide even down to the how much sugar you like in a good old cup of tea.

We are a week in to receiving care from EMCAS and I have nothing but praise for the carers, mum has really felt at ease with them. It's certainly no easy task selecting who to get when it comes to looking after your loved one.
Also all of our requirements and requests we have made on calls to the office
have been accommodated.
The app is also a plus point to us that don't live with the client.

I am pleased with your service although I am disappointed with the time you sometime you come to get me dressed in the morning,,l feel that l have been for gotten when you don't come till 12 30, l under stand that there is an emergency but it seems to be when one has been every day regularly when
it's there weekend of l don't get anyone till 12 to1230, everyone is so good not any complates with the staff.

A mixture of male and female whom have all taken the time and trouble to get to know my husband,his likes,dislikes,hobbies and interests which makes a huge difference for him to have someone else to chat to.

The care l received is good, the carers are polite and gentle towards me, there manners are polite and can't do enough to keep me clean and dry when they have washed or showered me. If they have time they put laundry on the clothes horse as l can't do my self, l just don't like it when you don't come
till 12:30 l know sometimes there is an emergency but could you please let me know when you are going to be that late thank you l will give you 100 percent for care.

Mum has been struggling lately and ended up in hospital with an infection and in pain from a fall, leaving her weak and struggling to get out of bed. She had not been eating or drinking. She had also been having incontinence issues in the night and whilst in bed. The East Midlands Care Agency Services
team have been so caring and kind and understanding whilst respecting Mum's modesty and privacy needs especially at this recent time. She loves her carers and trusts them completely. EMCAS have been a godsend for her and me, who is far away. Knowing that EMCAS can care for Mum is a huge relief. I am so grateful for them and cannot praise their staff and service highly enough.

Extremely friendly, polite and respectful staff. Makes my day knowing someone is coming to see and help me 3 times a day. The girls who answer the phone are never too busy to help and spend a couple of minutes for a chat when I am feeling lonely.

The Whole Experience of East Midlands carers looking after my personal needs is exceptional. The carers are always polite and friendly but know when to be professional for my care. The carers have respect for my home and leave my kitchen as tidy as I like it. The hygiene standards are excellent and
when it comes to my care they treat me with dignity which means a lot to me and I really have to praise the male carers, they do not make me feel uncomfortable and they also treat me with dignity and respect. What really impressed me was I had to turn a carer away because I was being sick which I have a phobia of and nobody has to be with me. The carer made sure I was OK before he left and literally within minutes my phone rang and it was East Midlands on call carer, the carer who had been to see me had Phoned to let her know I was not well and she was phoning to make sure I was OK and if I needed them all I had to do was call. I have never felt so safe knowing they were there for me, what a brilliant company.

An amazing care company who really seems to care about their end users and all their staff both in the office and the carers themselves. I can't thank East Midlands Care Agency Services staff for doing their damndest to our meet mum's requirements. I can finally take a step back and relax in the knowledge
the mum is in the best possible hands and she loves her carers. I can't thank them enough after having a previous care company that was only interested in meeting targets and had no interest in the care and job satisfaction of their carers and didn't seem interested in meeting the needs and requirements of their service users. So a very big thank you again to you all at East Midlands Care Agency Services.

The carers help mum with all sorts that she cannot manage anymore, it is so much reassurance to me that I know someone is going in each day to help, all the carers are so lovely and nothing is too much trouble. They all love Bruce the dog and make a fuss of him, would always recommend East Midlands

Please convey to everyone at East Midlands Care Agency Services our heartfelt thanks for all the love and excellent care given to mom from the start of her journey with you from early 2023 up until the last few months of her life. The support to us as a family was always gratefully received and took
a lot of the worry off our shoulders. Everyone dad and I dealt with from senior management, and back office staff through to the dedicated care team were outstanding. Mom was very grateful to everyone who spent time with her, helping her stay in her own home as she wanted. We were so pleased to have found East Midlands Care Agency Services and we would highly recommend them.

I was extremely reluctant to use a care agency to enable mum to remain living in her own home and continue to be as independent as possible, but we got to a point where we could not continue to care for mum ourselves. All aspects of the service have been exceptional, from the assessment process to the
excellent care and support that the team provide for mum. All the care staff are kind, respectful and patient with mum, ensuring that all of her needs are met. Mum has said on a number of occasions how much she loves the ladies that visit her. The additional and prompt support of the management team when mum has been unwell has been amazing and so reassuring that they are just at the end of the phone. We as a family are so pleased that we chose East Midlands Care Agency they certainly are a premium service and we would highly recommend them.

My Mother has used East Midlands Care Agency Services for approximately five months now. She has got on well with all the carers who have helped her during a difficult period with her health. They have all been supportive, friendly, and helpful and the management has also been ready to step in and give
extra support when this was needed. This was necessary last November when Mum was particularly unwell.
Both my Mother and I would not hesitate to recommend East Midlands Care Agency Services to other potential users and would like to thank them for all their help and support.

Amazing staff, it’s so lovely to see the bond my mother has with her carers especially as they do all the intimate care for her.
Staff always update me on any issues fast and point me in the right direction whether it be medical advice and which department I need to contact or offer advice from their

Staff are very kind and caring towards my mother. All tasks are completed professionally. The only thing my mum struggles with is if the carers arrive before 8 o'clock. Carers will collect my mum's paper on a Saturday morning and will do any shopping she asks for. We have introduced washing and tumble
drying on a weekly basis now, and if they have finished before their time, they will sit and have a chat with her.
