EMCAS is run and managed by qualified and experienced Ambulance Service personnel who are still actively working for Ambulance Service providers today. They have seen the ups and the downs of community homecare and they pride themselves on having that inside knowledge that enables them to provide that extra special touch, the person-centred approach and the understanding of how the wider health service works.

Due to the clinical grades of the management team, EMCAS is able to send out an Ambulance Paramedic, Technician or Emergency Care Assistant if you or a loved one requires emergency assistance. By no means do they substitute an ambulance in the emergency setting, but they are able to offer basic clinical observations and triage. EMCAS can directly discuss with, or refer you to the most appropriate health care professional meaning you are far less likely to be waiting for extended periods of time to get the treatment you need.

They provide high-quality care in the homes and community of their service users, meaning that independence is maintained and the need to go into a care home is greatly reduced. They ensure everyone has a say on how their care is delivered by taking time to correctly assess and listen to every aspect of any care they provide even down to the how much sugar you like in a good old cup of tea.

Amazing staff, it’s so lovely to see the bond my mother has with her carers especially as they do all the intimate care for her.
Staff always update me on any issues fast and point me in the right direction whether it be medical advice and which department I need to contact or offer advice from their
collective experience to ease the stress that comes with supporting loved ones.
Reply from Kieron Knight, Director at East Midlands Care Agency Services LtdThanks for your lovely words. We know that family support is just as important as looking after each individual client. Home is where the heart is and we know that family is equally as important.

Staff are very kind and caring towards my mother. All tasks are completed professionally. The only thing my mum struggles with is if the carers arrive before 8 o'clock. Carers will collect my mum's paper on a Saturday morning and will do any shopping she asks for. We have introduced washing and tumble
drying on a weekly basis now, and if they have finished before their time, they will sit and have a chat with her.
Reply from Kieron Knight, Director at East Midlands Care Agency Services LtdThank you for your kind words. We allocate a minimum of 30 minutes of call time for all of our clients so our carers have time to sit and interact with people. This helps with the fight against loneliness.

East Midlands Care Agency Services cared for my late wife for a long time before I decided to receive care from them as well. The carers have always delivered a high standard of care. They have looked after me and are available 24/7 to call for help. They made a big difference to my wife’s well-being
and helped promote her independence. The management has always done their best to support me to continue living in my home now that I live alone. Thank you

Would highly recommend East Midlands Care Agency Services Ltd, since they have been providing my care, I have to say what a refreshing change it is to be looked after by a company that truly understands and cares about your care needs, along with caring about the carers that work for them, and this

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
Reliable service that goes just that bit further to care for their clients. They are always accessible 24 hours a day for assistance. And my brother is first priority and his needs are met daily. My elderly mother is always involved and has a good relationship with all of the caregivers. Given my mother’s
reluctance to pass over care, the team handled it very well indeed
Reply from Kieron Knight, Manager at East Midlands Care Agency Services LtdThank you for your supporting words! It means a lot to us here at East Midlands Care Agency Services Ltd to see such good feedback.

Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
When choosing a care company for our nana we were very thoroughly looking for a company that would offer the best care and we definitely did that.
EMCAS have been fantastic they are thorough, professional, kind and so helpful to both the service user and the family as a whole. Management is 'on it'
whenever something needs doing or an issue has arisen and they sort it out straight away with no hesitation.
I worried about my nana having carers in the house at first but there was no need she absolutely loves them. All of the carers are lovely, professional and very knowledgeable in all areas of care. I could not ask for more than the care they give my nana and would recommend them to anyone.
