The care provided to my mum was caring and helpful. It was very professional and the carer acted quick when my mum was poorly and needed hospital treatment. We are grateful for their support.
My mum enjoyed their company and chats which helped her through the day.

Innovations24 cared for my mum with two visits per week for the last 18 months. We appointed them following an outstanding recommendation from a friend. Mum had been receiving care from an NHS team following discharge from a reablement unit, she was very unhappy with their provision and terminated the
agreement. From the moment Innovations24 came out to meet mum, conduct the assessment and develop the care plan, mum was very happy. She loved the friendly approach and felt they were genuinely interested in her as a person. Throughout the 18 months of care, Innovations24 were reliable, trustworthy, caring and took their duty of care and safeguarding very seriously. My brother and I, for the first time in many years, felt able to relax, knowing the carers were looking after mum. Communication with the agency and carers was excellent. Mum could often be challenging to engage with but their staff really built strong bonds and ways to deal with her and get the best outcomes.

This relates to care for my father over the last 12 months. The situation was challenging as my father's health was in decline and could sometimes pose issues, especially as the care package would only allow for one person visits. Regardless both of the carers appointed were able to provide for my fathers
care needs as well as form a supportive relationship. I am grateful to the carers and appreciate the efforts they went to to make my father's life more comfortable.

Very pleased with the morning care from our carers. Helped me and my wife. Stopped after 4 weeks as I am now more independent. I really needed the support as after 9 weeks in hospital as my mobility was very limited.

When you get care for your relatives. You are always, apprehensive. But all are worries were unfounded. Inovations24. Where professional and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and always turned up promptly and gave good care and actually interacted with our mother-in-law. She loved them all
and had a laugh with them. She always looked forward to seeing their smiling faces. I would recommend them. Professional, prompt and caring. Couldn't ask for more.

Innovations 24 came into our lives April 24 after my dad suffered atrial fibrillation and a stroke he is now partially blind and has short term memory loss. He was the carer for my mum who has dementia. Our whole world was turned upside down until the girls came along. They were all very friendly ,
loving and professional mum absolutely loved seeing them every day, they came in 3 times a day helped wash/shower, dress and medicate mum, also make her breakfast/lunch/dinner if needed. We had to make the hardest decision to put mum into a care home as dad was struggling with mum through the night. We really couldn't fault anything about the girls. Thank you to the whole team you are all amazing we couldn't of done it without you.

All of the team are friendly, kind and helpful. The management is in touch in person regularly and really tries to ensure the best care at times that work well. There is an open easy channel for dialogue relating to all areas of care.

After my friend, whom I visit several times a week, had a negative experience with carers in the past, his family employed Innovations24 to take over his care. The whole team are kind, caring and conscientious. Previous minor ailments that had become an issue with the previous carers, have been attended
to meticulously and are no longer a problem.
I have recommended Innovations24 to another friend, and if it is required in the future, I would happily use them for my own family.

I am the service user’s ex, and we have been friends since we broke up 35 years ago. We have children and grandchildren between us. Unfortunately, my ex has been losing her memory over the past two years. I visit her weekly and sometimes twice weekly. Her moment-to-moment memory is now very poor, and
her attitudes have coarsened, and she can be very difficult with her carers.
I am very impressed with the care she receives from the team, especially one member. They are very warm, caring, conscientious, trustworthy and prepared to go the extra mile in her interests. They are patient in dealing with difficulties, and they communicate well with our children, who assume the main overall responsibility for her care.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Innovations24 team. From the first contact, I knew they were the right fit for my parents, and they have been as caring, helpful and flexible as it is possible to be. I live a long distance from Leicester, and I have no idea how we'd have coped over the last few weeks
without Innovations24 to rely on, as both parents have had significant changes in care needs in that time. My mum feels not only supported and safe with her carers, but that she is among friends who will talk and laugh with her. She is treated with dignity and respect, and as a person, not a job. It has been so reassuring for me knowing they're there for her when she needs them, they go above and beyond what's expected and I can't thank them enough.

We have been having these carers since June and they are still with us.
They are so good that we cannot believe that we are so lucky. They make a plan as to what you require and nothing is too much trouble. They are so kind caring and friendly and helpful they show you respect and dignity in all tasks.
