She loved the friendly approach and felt they were genuinely interested in her as a person. Throughout the 18 months of care, Innovations24 were reliable, trustworthy, caring and took their duty of care and safeguarding very seriously. My brother and I, for the first time in many years, felt able to relax, knowing the carers were looking after mum. Communication with the agency and carers was excellent. Mum could often be challenging to engage with but their staff really built strong bonds and ways to deal with her and get the best outcomes.

loving and professional mum absolutely loved seeing them every day, they came in 3 times a day helped wash/shower, dress and medicate mum, also make her breakfast/lunch/dinner if needed. We had to make the hardest decision to put mum into a care home as dad was struggling with mum through the night. We really couldn't fault anything about the girls.
