The care provided for my partner has been excellent, the staff are very caring and friendly, they are lovely with my partner and myself and spend time to make my partner as comfortable as possible making sure his needs are in place and treat him with dignity at all times, I'm very pleased with their
service.

The carers attend twice a day to ensure medication is taken but they also take the time to ensure the client is well and orientated to the day. They complete household tasks when required. They maintain communication with the main carer by phone if there is an issue. Great service. While I am not
often there when carers attend, the client has never said a bad word about them.

We have used a number of care agencies over the years, and I know from experience that there are some really average ones out there.
Gleamlite are far and away the best care company we have had to look after my wife.
Credit where it is due they really care about what they do.
I believe this starts
with the management and is reflected in how the staff conduct themselves so professionally.
I would recommend Gleamlite to anyone who wants the best quality care for a family member.

Really easy to work with. Highly professional and reliable. The girls who came to us were always so nice. Very well-selected staff.
The management team are also very pleasant and makes the best effort to provide for our needs. They are also good at asking for feedback as to how things are going and

Super happy with care given to my mother by Gleamlite, more importantly she’s happy too! Found all the staff extremely helpful and very pleasant indeed. Management are extremely friendly, totally responsive and flexible. I find them a joy to deal with.

Throughout most of 2023, the staff of Gleamlite services looked after my wife in the mornings with tender care and attention. They were very friendly and always seemed to be happy and smiling. It was a pleasure for my wife and myself to see them.
They were prompt timekeepers and very reliable.

would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

All carers at Gleamlite and the management have all been brilliant with my nan, they are friendly and treat her with respect. They always introduce who they are and always tell my nan what they are going to do and always ask for her input. Before leaving they always ask if there is anything else.

The care given to my late father and presently to my mother has been excellent and due to them having dementia it has been a very challenging task but all the difficulties have been dealt with very professionally. Considering the country seems to be in a very challenging time of finding staff for any
company Gleamlite appears to have this well under control and we have had excellent service, keep up the good work.
