Since joining E2E I've had consistent care with the same faces weekly. The carers are lovely but one in particular has paid extra attention to detail in everything in terms of my needs and is brilliant. The admin help out where they can and the manager is lovely!

I wanted to write a review because in my and my family's opinion the care that my wife was given by the E2E caring staff was the highest standard that she could have had.
All of the staff treated my wife with the greatest respect and gave her the dignity that she deserved and needed at the end of her
life. They talked to her and spoke to her with care and love. I was so impressed with them especially with the overnight carer who whilst unable to talk my wife responded to her and her soothing voice. We did not want my wife to die but the highest quality of care given to her helped us to come to terms with her sad demise.
My wife passed away with dignity which was down to all of the staff fromE2E and the care that she received.
We would like to thank all of the staff involved and mention that my wife's funeral is at the West Road Crematorium on 8th July at 1.30 and if any of the staff would like to attend they would be welcomed by our family and friends. Once again many thanks from us.

I have been with this company for two weeks. The office staff have been exceptionally helpful with my every request. The person who is my carer at the company is second to none. She is absolutely superb! Every single task she has carried out at my home has been done to the highest standard. This lady
is caring, considerate and has common sense in abundance. Here's hoping the other carers that come into my contact are anywhere near as good.

Brilliant experience from the initial meeting with E2E to the 3 visits from the PA.


Engaging, friendly and polite and listened to our thoughts and worries.


The PA was brilliant and our son was always excited to know she was

Carers very good, always come in with a smile. they are punctual, always around the same time, if a problem they phone, only once this has happened. They just get on and do the usual jobs, but always ask if there's anything to do, very happy with them and the way they do things.

Excellent service from the E2E. We are very happy with all aspects of the work they carry out, they are professional and compassionate throughout their visit to my mother. All tasks are completed with dignity and respect. I would like to give a special mention to one member of staff, in particular,
who always goes above and beyond her duties. She is very respectful and professional. My mother gets on very well with her and finds her very comforting and caring.

E2E Homecare was able to step in quickly to support my elderly mother when she needed help to ensure her safety and enable her to stay in her own home. Communication and support from the carers and the care manager have been excellent. The daily notes on the app are also very useful. We very quickly
developed confidence in the valuable service they provide.

The company I could not recommend highly enough.
The care staff are very caring in nature, friendly personalities, patient. Nothing seems to be too much for the staff, this is my interpretation of E2E homecare and its care staff and management hence my full score for them.

The service from the carer is excellent. She is very efficient, caring, punctual and polite. Nothing is a trouble to her. She goes above and beyond to make sure Mam is well looked after. And at the end of the day, she always has a big smile on her face.

Excellent care, really personable carers and great comms from the director. We have been really pleased with the care provided for my mother-in-law by this care company. The carers are so caring and personable and the company seems to have a really great culture. Can see that a nurse and social worker
of 15 years is behind the wheel. Our experience in this market, having experienced a number of different providers, is that it is a challenge to provide good staff and good care but this company seem really excellent. The carers seem to be not only good at the practical side of caring, but just as importantly the people side which is just as important and was lacking from a previous care company.

E2E has provided morning care for my mum since November 2023. I found communication with management clear, helpful and efficient. The carers are very kind, pleasant and approachable. They have been punctual, but if there is an issue we have been informed. It is usually the same carers, which have provided
the opportunity to get to know my mum and her needs. In January it was necessary to increase care to include lunchtime. I am informed after each call (via app) of what care has been provided and what tasks have been carried out. It is reassuring to know I can rely on the care provided and that I am able to discuss any issues.

My mother was a very extremely poorly lady who needed a lot of care. The care that was given by E2E was good. Made her feel at ease, were reliable, they were professional at all times in their duties. Respectful which is very important.

The E2E carers are consistently sympathetic to my several disabilities and are always willing to vary their tasks in accordance with my changing needs. This includes washing the breakfast and supper dishes and disposing of food waste into the refuse bin and recyclable waste into the correct bin. They
also make the bed every morning, empty and sterilise the urine bottle and dispose of soiled incontinence pads. One designated carer puts me into the walk-in shower on two nights per week and ensures that I am safe during the process. This is followed by the application of an anti-itch ointment to address an ongoing dry scaly skin problem.
An additional service involves lifting high up and/or heavy objects which I am unable to deal with.
