Eunha carers are professional, empathetic, kind, caring, helpful, and respectful. Besides looking after my physical needs, they bring joy to my life. They never forget to give me my medicines. The staff enter with a smile. They are the best carers I have had.

Eunha is one of the better agencies I have come across, management will try to accommodate your requests as well as going above and beyond to assist with duties outside of their purview. I use them to administer medication via a PEG. PEG medication has to be administered at a certain speed as directed
by the HENS team. Regrettably, unless you watch closely, carers will administer it quicker than specified. One problem is having a conversation with the carers, most days you hardly get two words out of them. I have a problem with instructions or requests not being understood. This was especially apparent with hand washing instructions and regrettably is still a point of contention. Apart from the points raised, I am quite satisfied with the care, the carers are prepared to carry out small extra duties including things like opening and closing my curtains, emptying the bin and recycling. All of these are simple things that I struggle with due to my condition that they are happy to do.

The service provided by this agency has been exemplary. From assessment, creating a care plan and providing service everything has been professional and person-centred. The care workers have provided personal care, slowly adjusting and adapting as my husband's needs have increased. As new equipment
has been needed staff have been able to cope. Moving and handling safety with confidence.
Staff are always on time and provide care gently, with kindness, while maintaining my husband's dignity at all times. This service has been everything we could possibly have hoped for.

Eunha Healthcare are appalling. I used to be a service user. I'm no longer a service user because I was mistreated in several ways. My personal care needs were not met, I was getting upset every day because of the staff hurting me emotionally and physically bruising me so I decided enough, it was affecting
my mental health. I was in low mood so I felt like I have nowhere to go. I did not enjoy the company when he took my personal journeys, I was constantly getting shouted at by members of staff. I got dropped by members of staff so yeah I would not recommend anybody go into this company, your feelings and your emotions don't get heard or listened to. When you express your feelings you just get passed on to no one and you just get left. I was told to ring 999 when I had an acid reflux attack because they could not provide me with night call in the middle of the night so I was told to call 999 for being sick in the night, this was by the so-called manager.
Reply from Eunha Healthcare, Registered Manager at Eunha Healthcare LtdThe claims made in the review are not correct. A thorough investigation was conducted by our management, the client's allocated social worker, the CQC and the Safeguarding team. The investigation to her claims was concluded on February 1, 2024, and it was found that she had not been telling the truth. The investigation looked at all the evidence against the claims made. As a compassionate care provider, our primary focus is on meeting the needs of our service users. We would never allow untrained staff to provide care. It is unfortunate that even after the investigation to validate her claims, she still went on to give such a false review. We would have thought that with all the effort we put into meeting her needs she would have appreciated it. We will continue to treat all our clients with Dignity and respect and our motto will always be service users' needs come first.
