It's pleasing to note that our carers are doing satisfactory work, going above and beyond in the execution of their duties. As an organisation we will do all we can to keep our service users satisfied. We will continue to keep in touch with the families so that we work together towards the achievement of better care outcomes. We will continue to listen and to act to our service user's concerns in a timely manner.
We are pleased to note areas which need improvements. We are grateful that the service user mentioned areas of concern, we encourage all our service users to bring up such issues to management so that action can be taken to correct things, we are working with the carers to improve in the areas of communication, infection control and hand hygiene.
It is always our wish to do the best for our service users. We may not be 100% perfect all the time, but we always try to go over and above in order to achieve the desired outcomes for our service users.
The claims made in the review are not correct. A thorough investigation was conducted by our management, the client's allocated social worker, the CQC and the Safeguarding team. The investigation to her claims was concluded on February 1, 2024, and it was found that she had not been telling the truth. The investigation looked at all the evidence against the claims made. As a compassionate care provider, our primary focus is on meeting the needs of our service users. We would never allow untrained staff to provide care. It is unfortunate that even after the investigation to validate her claims, she still went on to give such a false review. We would have thought that with all the effort we put into meeting her needs she would have appreciated it. We will continue to treat all our clients with Dignity and respect and our motto will always be service users' needs come first.
