Experience generally very good no problems whatsoever the carers very good timekeepers they are enthusiastic professional polite and helpful in the level of care I need. Cleanliness it's very good they administer medication very well in most of the time they know what needs to be done sometimes need
guidance and encouragement from myself but that's understandable especially when any difficulties may arise for example when my health situation changes. Or when I need to be notified about being low on stock of incontinent supplies or medication I need to reorder we communicate very well which helps in most situations.
