Really great support for my husband, to remember to take his medication 7 days a week. They treat him with dignity always, whilst allowing me to have some daily respite (less things to remember). Carers are consistent, so you always know who is on what day. Any changes to this, we always get an email.
Great company, lovely carers, and great value.

The carers were amazing. When I got home from hospital myself there was already someone looking after my husband. They have helped us in every way, both with our personal care and some administration, always with good humour + patience. They have even offered help over and above what we had expected.
They have come on time and we have not needed to worry about anything except getting better!

I can't thank A 1 enough for the care they provide for my Dad. He has become friends with a number of his carers who go out of their way to chat with him; even singing duets sometimes, dancing and brightening his day. They are reliable, hard working with no complaint and will often go over and above
in their duties. My dad has been having A 1 care for nearly four years now and we and my dad are so grateful for the care they give on a daily basis.

A1 Care DORCHESTER have been caring for my Godfather - I have been very impressed with their hard work and enthusiasm.
The carers who visit him, shows compassion and care , even in difficult circumstances, and on the tough days. Communication, is excellent and the team uses common sense, and
practical skills to improve my elderly Godfather's quality of life . The carers are always professional and work to a high standards.

My mum and dad were very well looked after by all the staff. I was very anxious about having care for my parents but A1 Care made the whole experience so easy. The staff were all very kind and respectful, even when things were difficult - we also had lots of humerous moments Many thanks to everyone

Outstanding. My Mum needed urgent care at very short notice. A1 Care assessed her and had daily care workers organised in less than a week; the relief it gave our family is beyond words. Since then they have been highly responsive and flexible, adapting to my mum's changing needs. The lady who assessed
my Mum, who I can't name, was just amazing and provided personal direct contact and great advice to enable a smooth transition to the new routine. We get daily updates from the carers on an App provided with the service and if there are any concerns or issues they contact us quickly and directly. Every time I have called A1 there have never been any queues and their response has always been very helpful and personal. I highly recommend A1 Care.

A1 Care looked after my 95-year-old Mum for a period of almost a year up to June 2024. Always very efficient and friendly. What I particularly liked was the consistency of care and the times that were scheduled for her. We had no complaints whatsoever during the entire time.
