I cannot recommend A1 care enough. From the very first interaction, their team showed genuine kindness and compassion, treating not just the client, but the entire family with warmth and respect. Most importantly, they have consistently upheld the dignity of my wife, ensuring care is delivered with
sensitivity, respect and empathy. From the carers to the office, they demonstrate a remarkable level of understanding, always taking the time to listen and adapt their care to individual needs.

My husband has had care until A1 for approx 4 weeks and we are over the moon with the care he has received. All A1 Carers are so professional & with a very caring attitude. Nothing is too much trouble. We especially like that A1 provide timetables and photgraphs of the carers each week. They are always
very punctual, so we know exactly when they will be arriving.
I am also receiving care now with showering and making my bed. A1 made sure I received the care I needed directly after my husband, so it has worked out brilliantly. Thank you for an extra service.

We have been very happy with the care we receive. We have only female carers as requested. They are always as prompt as possible. The carers are polite, friendly, and really look after my mother. They are always gentle and patient with her. On the rare occasions I need to contact the office, the staff
are efficient and sort out any issues I have. The issues are not about the staff, more about contacting help in other areas ie. equipment etc. I am very glad we were signposted to AI.

A1 Care has looked after my father (and also my mother until 2022) for nearly five years. It provides the break cover for the day carer (2 hours a day, every day). A1 provides an excellent service, it responds well to the requirements to ensure a good fit of carer with the clients/users. It also responds
really well to both changing and challenging circumstances. The carers are superb, and in particular, the main carer. They are diligent, very capable, professional, patient and kind. It is A1 in the name and A1 in care provision.

I was most happy with one of the carers, she has been one of two carers who have been caring for me for many weeks now and I cannot speak too highly of her abilities, including tasks as cooking and cleaning. There has been illness in the home which has meant a little extra help from her which she she
took to with willing hands. In fact walking is too much for this elderly, lively lady. We all get on well in the household which is a great bonus. She understands my problem with waiting and needs things back to me. She is certainly a most dignified person and we in the house cannot speak too highly of her.

Really great support for my husband, to remember to take his medication 7 days a week. They treat him with dignity always, whilst allowing me to have some daily respite (less things to remember). Carers are consistent, so you always know who is on what day. Any changes to this, we always get an email.

I have been extremely happy with the care A1 have provided for my mother. Kind, compassionate and professional. The carers were amazing. When I got home from hospital myself there was already someone looking after my husband. They have helped us in every way, both with our personal care and some administration, always with good humour + patience. They have even offered help over and above what we had expected.
They have come on time and we have not needed to worry about anything except getting better!

I can't thank A 1 enough for the care they provide for my Dad. He has become friends with a number of his carers who go out of their way to chat with him; even singing duets sometimes, dancing and brightening his day. They are reliable, hard working with no complaint and will often go over and above
in their duties. My dad has been having A 1 care for nearly four years now and we and my dad are so grateful for the care they give on a daily basis.

The carers who visit him, shows compassion and care , even in difficult circumstances, and on the tough days. Communication, is excellent and the team uses common sense, and
