What a fantastic company A Class Care is, they have been looking after my mother for several years until she very sadly passed away at the end of October due to dementia. The service we have had is second to none.The carers have been very well-trained and professional. I would like to say a special thank you to the carer who was with Mum to the very end, who even gave up a week's holiday to come back especially to care for Mum. She felt more like part of the family than a carer. A really big thank you to them all.

The carers looked after my relation very well. He was always clean, well-fed and never ignored. There was never any smell. They had a very professional attitude. They never discussed his medical problems with anyone else but always alerted me if there was a change in his health. I found them to be honest and helpful. My relation liked them and I thought they treated him with kindness.

The manager met me and listened to my concerns and worries when we first met. She then introduced the lady who was to look after my mother-in-law. She was initially supposed to stay two weeks but ended up staying for six weeks. My mother-in-law had been self-neglecting, and she has given my mother-in-law a new lease of life through the brilliant way she has looked after her. She has also cleaned and tidied the house and made it feel fresh again. We are so grateful to her for all that she has done and for helping our family. Thank you.

After being let down by another agency at very short notice for temporary live-care cover over Christmas, we contacted A-Class Care at the suggestion of a nursing home. We were surprised and delighted that they were able to help us. We were equally delighted by their efficiency in finding such a suitable and devoted carer, who, despite being with us for only a week, has made a lasting and very positive impression on us. We would have no hesitation in heartily recommending A-Class Care to anyone based on the A-Class care they provided for us.

We were directed to this care agency through CHC following an assessment for a live-in care package for my mum. It started late on Friday and the agency couldn't have been more helpful supportive and reassuring to us as a family. The agency called me on Sunday morning to go through the assessment (even though it was her weekend off) to ensure all details of my mum's care needs were sorted as soon as possible. The office staff and the carer in place are both extremely efficient and made the process very smooth. The live-in care lady has come as such a relief to us as a family and she couldn't be nicer. She straight away started to care for my mum and can't do enough for my mum. She is so kind and patient with mum and reassuring her that she is safe and cared for. I think we are very lucky to have her in our family. We had a bad experience with a previous live-in lady - who we only used for 4 days - she never interacted with mum, my mum had a lot of anxiety following this but has bonded straight away.

After a fall at home breaking her leg my Mother was not able to look after her own needs upon discharge. A Class were great with comms, extremely sympathetic with Mum's needs and provided a great night care package and plan. It was a very difficult time but everything with A Class was seamless - I highly recommend!

A Class came in at short notice and then the whole introduction process was interrupted by having to call an ambulance etc. They waited patiently and stayed on to give Mum three days of excellent care. The carer was so kind, unflappable and helpful. She had a very difficult time with a patient both unwell and suffering dementia, especially at night. I personally learnt a great deal from watching her work. Her patience with Mum was truly saintly.

Very happy with Mum's carer. They get along well and the carer is very aware of changing problems with Mum's mental and physical health.

The carer we had for my husband was always kind and compassionate to him. She would help to make my husband as comfortable as possible. I can't imagine how we would have managed without her. She is a wonderful carer and has a kind soul.

We have been extremely lucky to have some wonderful carers. Our main carer is amazing and an asset to your company. Nothing is too much trouble, she is a lovely caring person.

My Mother has been receiving live-in care for the last year. Mother, the carers, and the family have been through some tough and emotional times. It's very hard for some elderly people to come to terms with the fact that they are no longer in control of their own life, through old age and illnesses. To go from being in control to bedridden and totally dependent on others is a huge mental step to take and comprehend. The company have been very supportive with meetings to discuss the way forward and the carers have coped very well in very demanding circumstances. They have always treated Mum with respect and dignity. Caring is only part of the job, there is the medication, washing, cleaning, serving meals, and many other tasks that they perform on a day-to-day basis. About the only thing they don’t seem to do is cut the grass and weeding. Apart from that, they do a wonderful job.

My mum is palliative and feeling extremely vulnerable, her carer has been an absolute angel nothing is too much trouble can't recommend her highly enough. We had an early issue with a different carer which was quickly solved by the office with no fuss.

Great caring attitude and superb balance between listening to the family’s requirements and what was best for my mother. Carer is organised and always tries to do her best to make life enjoyable for all concerned. Her bedside manner is excellent.

My mum uses A Class Care for live-in care. They have been extremely good at communicating and quick to fix any issues encountered. My mum's primary live-in carer is a pleasure to be around and it is reassuring to be able to trust the care of my mum in her hands. This carer shows great professionalism and her fantastic sense of humour and personality shines through her ability to make my mum feel safe and well cared for. It is clear to anyone meeting her to notice her kind nature and her pragmatic and selfless traits that attribute to her being such a remarkable carer.

The carer who cared for my Nan for a while during March/April time was amazing, such a kind, caring person, so patient, which is good with Nan's condition. Nothing was too much trouble, she sat and gave Nan company and also gave her privacy, both of which were nice. Would definitely recommend her to anyone and would definitely have her back.

The respite cover provided to my mother was exceptional. The review/assessment provided by A Class Care was thorough and very professional without being intrusive. The matching of my mother's needs for dementia and her love for cooking and sewing was first class. The carer really worked with my mother and supported her to re-look at spinning her cotton rolls and used old dress designs to help build a bond with Mum, which really settled her.
